TLC Confirms 90 Day Fiance Shutdown – No Tell All and No New Episodes Filming

90 Day Fiance producers Sharp Entertainment (along with TLC) confirm shutdown amid the coronavirus pandemic. This also means no more camera time for Darcey Silva. With everything going on in the world right now relating to Covid-19, 90 Day Fiance is shutting down, including the scheduled Tell-All for Before the 90 Days and more.

90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days – Tell-All Canceled Due to Coronavirus

With everything happening with Covid-19, many people across the world in a number of industries are out of work. And, based on the latest updates, this seems to be the case for production behind 90 Day Fiance and its various spinoffs as well. And, that means no more new content to film.

This comes at a particularly interesting time. Because, the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Tell-All was scheduled to film at the beginning of April. But, those in charge cancelled the shoot. So, at least for now, it looks like 90 Day Fiance watchers won’t get their final fix.

Meanwhile, no Tell-All also means no final sit-down between Darcey Silva and ex Tom Brooks. Viewers know Darcey Silva and Tom Brooks call it quits. But, perhaps Darcey wanted to get one final word in with Tom before completely closing the book on their chapter together. But, with filming getting the axe, it looks like Darcey Silva may never get that chance.

In addition, Sharp Entertainment recently put out an announcement confirming the 90 Day Fiance shutdown.

90 Day Fiance: Sharp Entertainment Halts More Content

Meanwhile, the Covid-19 threat doesn’t only affect the upcoming 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Tell-All. Until further notice, all filming of new episodes is also on hold. TLC and Sharp Entertainment pump out lots of reality shows on a consistent basis. A new season or spinoff usually starts up after one is off the air. But, that’s not the case with the current threat.

Recent leaks say TLC will work with software to remotely film shows like Pillow Talk. But, while something like that may work for filming cast members in their homes, it’s impossible to film a full season of the show with the current coronavirus threat.

What Happens Next for Darcey Silva and Other Stars?

Currently, it looks like filming new shows and installments is on hold indefinitely. Sharp Entertainment and TLC work together to see if it’s possible to film the Before the 90 Days Tell-All on a smaller scale. So, it’s possible Darcey Silva may get the last word with Tom Brooks. But, beyond that, all future filming seems to be on the shelf. And, if that’s the case, many 90 Day Fiance fans wonder what will happen next.

With no new content currently filming, it’s possible the network releases footage currently on the shelf. It’d make sense to turn to the archives at this time. Both Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima filmed content for the network previously. And, TLC could have much more unreleased footage on top of that.

It’s not clear what the network will do. But, whether or not they release previously shelved content in light of the pandemic is certainly something to watch for. In the meantime, those hoping for the Before the 90 Days Tell-All will have to find other ways to stay occupied during quarantine and self-isolation.
