The Family Chantel: Winter Everett Talks Relationship with Nigerian Man

Winter Everett goes to her sister’s house for a housewarming party on The Family Chantel. Her sister, Chantel Everett, asks her what’s going on with her relationship with Masoma.

She wants to be honest about her relationship with the 25-year-old man from Nigeria. So, she tells her family that their relationship is “a little rocky” at the moment.

Masoma made comments to Winter that made her feel uncomfortable. She says that he asked her for something. Chantel guesses a green card. The TLC celeb laughs and says, “no.” She tells them that he asked her to buy him a new cellphone.

Winter Everett asks her family if they think that’s normal. Karen Everett tells her daughter it isn’t normal. But, The Family Chantel cast member feels terrible. Yet, her family tells her not to give him any money.

Winter Uncomfortable with Masoma’s Request

Winter Everett reveals that she has already sent Masoma the cologne he asked for. Her father, Thomas Everett, tells his daughter not to send him anything because he’ll ask for more once she does. Karen Everett is upset that her daughter is buying a man items.

However, Winter explains why she sent the cologne. The Family Chantel reality star tells her family that Masoma said to her that there was a specific fragrance that someone he knew used to wear. And that person had passed away. So, she decided to send it to him.

Yet, after Winter bought the cologne, she thought, “am I being kind of stupid?” And then, he later asked her to buy him a new phone.

But, she told him that she didn’t feel comfortable doing that. She didn’t want to do something that she was uncomfortable doing. So, she stuck to her decision not to buy it. And she is proud of herself for that.

The Family Chantel Celeb Wants to Be Spoiled

Winter Everett didn’t buy the new cellphone. And, since then, she and Masoma have been drifting apart. She has been “pulling back from talking to him.” However, she still likes him. But, she wants a man who will buy her things without asking for them. She doesn’t know if Masoma is that person.

Chantel Everett shares her experience with sending items overseas. The Family Chantel castmate says that Pedro Jimeno was ungrateful when she sent him protein powder. He wondered why she didn’t send the bigger package.

Yet, Pedro Jimeno clarifies that he never asked Chantel for a new cellphone. However, she did buy him one because she saw how broken his was.

He also reveals that he is now the one who is buying her a new phone every year. Will Winter stick to her decision — or will she cave in and buy Masoma the cellphone?
