Steffy Shocker as ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Gives Liam a Son?
Bold and the Beautiful has Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) bonding with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). But would they go as far as ripping any trace of John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) out of her life? Would B&B writers do a disservice to Finn and “SINN” fans?
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: More Twists Promised for Steffy Forrester
Before the baby was born, DNA tests certified that Finn’s the father. Still, before the test, Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) could have been one of two possible fathers that had been with Steffy Forrester.
After a mixup with the test, Finn was finally named the daddy. Had it gone the other way, many lives would be in ruins today. With devastation avoided, Steffy wed Finn.
And Liam Spencer’s marriage got stronger. Now, B&B fans worry the CBS soap could reverse that paternity test as a big twist. Since Finn adored Steffy and worked at the hospital — he could have doctored the test, thinking it was best for her.
Recall that Finn thought Liam Spencer was partially to blame for her addiction spiral. But if Finn is gone for good (as it seems), then this leaves Bold and the Beautiful some options. One is to dust off the Liam-Steffy-Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) love triangle.
“Say it isn’t so” might be the refrain from fans if that happens. But B&B has a habit of reigniting this storyline many times through the years. And the writers promised another twist for the gorgeous brunette. Is this what they meant?
B&B Spoilers: Liam Spencer Gets a Son?
If Bold and the Beautiful decides to twist and reveal Liam Spencer is really Hayes’ father, how would they do it? A routine blood test on baby Hayes could reveal it. Or some message left behind in case of Finn’s death…
Remember, it was Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) who initially tampered with the paternity test. When he did, it named Liam as the father. Then, his BFF Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) pushed for the truth to come out.
And the result reverted to Finn. But, Vinny might never have run the first test at all and just printed a false result. So, what would that mean for all involved?
Steffy Forrester leaning on her ex Liam Spencer is already paining Hope. His history of waffling is not forgotten. Hope recently eavesdropped on a private conversation between Steffy at the hospital with Liam.
On a Bold and the Beautiful episode last week, Hope worried as she heard Liam making promises. And Steffy’s attitude toward Liam also concerns Hope. She knows it spells trouble that Finn’s widow is leaning on the waffler.
So, if Liam learns the baby boy is his son, they could have a family of four at Steffy Forrester’s house. Then something will have to give on B&B — like his current marriage.
If this is the case, and they reboot the “Steam” romance, many fans will be furious. Already, the flashback tribute of Liam and Steffy’s loving moments hit the viewers the wrong way.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: New Outlook for Liam & Steffy
It would change Liam Spencer’s life and also Steffy Forrester’s. But this also affects Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) as well. If baby Hayes is not her grandson, then she’s out of the picture.
This will give her even more reason to try again to kill Steffy. She won’t care about who raises Hayes if he’s not her precious son’s little boy.

A Hayes paternity change would clear the way for Sheila to finish what she started – without leaving the tot an orphan. So, if they twist this way, it could put Steffy at greater risk on B&B.
But what if Finn is not dead? Some are hoping his doctor mom Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) has him hidden away and tending to him. If so, that’d be another twist.
Wait to see if they change the baby’s paternity and change things forever for Steffy Forrester and her ex Liam Spencer — and everyone else on the CBS soap.
