‘Sister Wives’: Kody & Meri Band Together in Bizarre Family Split?
Sister Wives stars Meri Brown and Kody Brown share a lot in common today. Both seem to favor Robyn Brown’s kids when it comes to spending quality time with offspring. Or at least this is the way fans see it today.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Brides Split Down the Middle
The last few seasons of the TLC series pretty much painted the family’s future picture. But it’s the posts that pop up in real-time today that seem to seal that deal.
It sounds as if there are now two distinct families in the Sister Wives unions. Each of these families consists of two wives. Now this week, a picture of Meri Brown seems to add fuel to this theory.
She took a selfie with Robyn’s daughter Breanna Brown, as she graduates from high school. Meri’s praise of this young “sweet” girl has fans wondering what’s up with the kids’ Meri helped raise.
From what the Sister Wives fans see online today it looks like things changed. It seems as if Christine Brown and Janelle Brown stay close. But Meri isn’t a part of that equation making up a new neck of the family. Fans don’t see Meri today in photos with the kids she’s helped raised.
Meri Brown is Mom to All Kody’s Kids?
It’s been a long time since Meri Brown had words of praise for the kids she claimed were just as much hers as her co-wives. The Sister Wives family always maintained that Kody Brown’s children had four moms.
No matter who gave birth to the kids, each mom played a part in their upbringing. So, why is Meri not spending time with Janelle Brown or Christine Brown’s kids?
Her posts seem to reflect it’s all about Kody Brown’s kids that have Robyn as a mom, as seen in the photos below. This seems to mirror what Kody himself does today. He too is only pictured lately with his youngest wife as well as her kids.
Sister Wives: Is Meri Desperate to Get Back with Kody?
When the last season came to an end, Kody contemplated monogamy vs. polygamy. From what he said at the time it sounded as if monogamy won out.
Some fans say his devotion to Robyn looked like she’s his one and only wife. This, as well as his lack of devotion to Christine, caused this third wife to leave. But even though Janelle was at odds with Kody, she didn’t go anywhere — yet.
Since that time, Janelle and Christine seem to spend a lot of time together with their kids. This keeps their children close, which they’ve always been.
The three original Sister Wives moms changed all the kids’ diapers. They got to see all the kids make their first steps and hear their first words. So, the love for these kids grew and it didn’t matter which wife gave birth to them.
Now two of the wives keep their kids close, like a family should be. But Kody seems to concentrate on his family of five kids with his fourth wife. Meri appears to gravitate towards this side of the split family as well.
Her need to get back with Kody may keep Meri following him down the path he’s carved out. Whatever is going on with the Sister Wives it looks like the family split right down the middle. With Meri Brown on Kody Brown’s side.
This means Robyn Brown’s side as well. But at the same time, the kids Meri Brown helped raise don’t seem to see much of her today.
It appears the line is drawn with everyone deciding which side they’ll remain on. So, now it seems like a split in half for this once close-knit Sister Wives clan.
