‘Sister Wives’: Kody Brown Mocked as He Fumes over the Kids
Sister Wives star Kody Brown may not win this battle. The family mocks the overkill of his virus protection plan at a family picnic. But he’s also put in his place by none other than Janelle Brown. Then Robyn Brown appears to back him up. The anger comes from the rules and protocol he set for the Sister Wives.
Sister Wives: Us against Them for Kody Brown?
COVID is serious and when in the outside world most people take to the precautions set forth by the government. But Hunter Brown describes the new Sister Wives family problems. The son of Janelle and Kody Brown says, “social distancing as a family is dumb.”
The Sister Wives patriarch spent his lockdown time mostly with Robyn Brown and her kids.
It sounds like the remainder of the family isn’t practicing social distancing among themselves. But they need to leave a six-foot space for social distancing with Kody, Robyn, and her five kids.
They even get close enough to touch elbows. But Kody and Robyn maintain their distance and continue to remind their kids to do the same. Kody’s insistence on strict precautions around this virus seems to take a toll on him. But today it’s obvious it takes a toll on the family as well.
This seems to split the family in two. On one side of this picnic, you have Robyn with her children, along with a defeated-looking Kody Brown. But it seems that the rest of the Sister Wives moms and their offspring are on the other side of this outdoor gathering. They appear to mingle without measuring their space.
TLC Family Mocks Kody
On Sister Wives, Kody is screaming at his youngest son, Solomon Brown, 10, and his daughter Truely, 11. He tells the youngsters, who seem happy playing together, that they need to stay six feet apart.
But this doesn’t put a damper on everyone’s day. Meri is no longer looking despondent, she’s comical at times on Sister Wives.

Meri is seen trying to hug Solomon from six feet away. It looks hysterical but it seems this mocks Kody’s take on social distancing. Kody screams about staying apart by six feet but his Sister Wives and their children go on their merry way.
Then there’s Gabriel Brown, who comes to the family gathering but feels he’s not allowed to see anyone, so he says goodbye. Gabriel has been socializing with his girlfriend and doesn’t stay at home as his father would like to see. Because of this, Kody is especially cautious with this Sister Wives’ son. Gabe’s not a happy camper with these rules.
Sister Wives: This Results in Split Family
Kody claims his heart is breaking from the lack of trust in the family. It appears as if Robyn Brown sympathizes with him. But the other wives seem to go about doing their own thing.
Soap Dirt described Janelle’s take on Kody’s rules in a recent Sister Wives article. Janelle Brown describes how Kody Brown handles COVID by saying he takes an “uber, uber, uber careful stance.”

It looks like his precautions pushed Janelle to her limits. When he requires keeping the family members away from each other, Janelle lashes out.
Kody Brown says this is serious as he knows people who nearly died. Hearing the word “died” seemed to do it for Janelle. This Sister Wives’ second wife went off on him. She repeated what he said and yelled at him that they won’t be talking about that today.
The family is separated by protocols for COVID and they are split on their views of the best way to move forward.
