‘Sister Wives’: Did Janelle Brown Dethrone Kody Brown?

Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown seems to have put Kody Brown’s comfort behind her. She’s likely found a better use for what looks like the throne he enjoyed at her home. See the fate of the chair that once held the king of the castle.

Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Admits Home Decor Not Her Thing

Kody Brown’s spouses all have their hidden talents. But Janelle Brown admitted a few times that decorating her home is not one of hers. A while back on Sister Wives Janelle gave credit to Christine.

She said her then-co-spouse decorated her house for her. Janelle also admitted she’s not one to spend a lot of time picking out furniture or accessories for the home.

So, it seems that’s the reason Christine took over the home decorating for her. Even Kody mentioned this at one time as well. It’s no secret that she isn’t gifted in that area.

Fans need to decide if her son takes after her or not in that department. Just take a look at his world atlas wall and decide. (See above). Some like it and some don’t.

Kody Brown’s Son – Garrison Brown – Buys a House

Kody and Janelle’s son Garrison Brown recently bought his own home. That’s quite the feat for a 23-year-old single lad in today’s economy.

In a recent post, this Sister Wives son shared his latest addition to his new house. It seems he was going for the “meet me in the study look” when he added some new wallpaper.

Some say this son of Janelle’s hit the mark but others say he didn’t with his wall decor. It sounds as if he realizes it’s a bit overwhelming to look at. Garrison has one large wall with the world’s map on it.

So, Kody’s popular son from the Sister Wives series sits there surrounded by the world. He also jokingly admits he’s forcing his cat, “Catthew”, to pose on his lap for this picture.

While some of the fans honed in on the kitty, some also eyed Garrison’s arms. They checked out his biceps to be exact and many commented that he was putting on quite the gun show. But there’s something else that pops out. And he’s sitting on it.

Sister Wives: Janelle Gives away Something Precious of Kody’s?

A couple of things you may notice in Garrison’s study room are two chairs. The one he’s sitting on looks a lot like Kody Brown’s favorite chair. See the photo below of Kody in it.

That chair looks the same color and wear and tear on it as Kody’s favorite chair seen on Sister Wives. Did he take his dad’s chair that used to sit in Janelle’s living room? So, did Janelle give Kody’s chair to their third son?

As the Sister Wives fans commented on his huge wall map, that chair was really something to notice. It looks as if Janelle Brown helped her son furnish his new home by giving him Kody Brown’s comfy chair.

Over the past few months, Janelle Brown spent a lot of time going places with her kids. Sometimes, her co-wife Christine Brown joins her. But not Kody. So, is this a sign of the times?

Did Janelle take a page from Christine and get rid of Kody’s stuff? Or did their son just really need some furniture? Since that chair has been vacant for a while, she could have loaned it to their son.

But remember, that Janelle downsized from a house to an RV last Summer, and then a modest apartment for the cold months. So, maybe Garrison did her a favor by taking Kody’s seat off her hands…

Of course, it could be a second-hand chair he picked up somewhere. But if you notice the two photos above, it sure looks like Kody Brown lost his throne and Janelle Brown’s son now sits on it.
