‘Real Housewives of Orange County’: Noella Bergener Financial Disaster Afoot?

Real Housewives of Orange County: Noella Bergener Skips Court
Noella Bergener now owes nearly $500k after the Real Housewives of Orange County star decided to skip her court hearing. Court documents reveal that an Orange County Superior Court judge granted a motion against her last week.
Creditors Adjustment Bureau Inc sued Bergener on behalf of Fried and Goldsman’s law firm after Noella failed to make good on an alleged debt owed to the firm.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star reportedly hired the firm to handle a 2014 paternity battle over her daughter. The case had been ongoing for years.

However, the Bravo star was a no-show when the court date arrived. Bergener claims that she was unaware that she was responsible for the legal fees. Her lack of response triggered a default summary judgement (i.e. an instant declaration of the plaintiff’s assertions with out a trial).
She says she thought it was her ex’s, James Bergener, obligation to pay the bill. Sources close to Bergener reveal that Noella is calling the allegations untrue. But with her ex embroiled in financial problems, can the Real Housewives of Orange County star afford to pay?
Noella’s Court Troubles Just Beginning
While insisting it’s not her bill, the Bravo celeb didn’t get a lawyer to rep her and didn’t file and answer with the court. Now, she owes $450k. This is not the only court drama Noella will be facing this year.
Bergener will also be heading to court to battle her ex-James Bergener in their upcoming divorce proceedings. They were married for one year before the couple split.
Both James and Noella raced to file for divorce just days after the news of his tax debt broke. James reportedly owes $5.8 million in back taxes to the IRS and the state of California.

Real Housewives of Orange County fans watched during Season 16 as Noella shared the details of her split from James with the other wives.

Return to Real Housewives of Orange County Questionable
Noella uses her divorce and feud with Heather Dubrow as the main story plot in her rookie season. However, fans reveal finding Season 16 a bore. They claim they were left unimpressed with Bergener and the entire season.
Due to the fan discord, rumors indicate that Bravo is looking into another cast shake-up before the Season 17 filming gets underway. So, for now, only one thing is sure for Noella Bergener at this time, continuing her divorce battle with James.
Will RHOC fans see her in Season 17? And is this lawsuit a sign of a financial crisis or just a speedbump to overcome?
She admitted she was struggling after the split and leased the big house only for the Bravo filming.
