‘Real Housewives’: Meredith Marks Bathes While Jen Shah Is Arrested

Real Housewives: Reactions to Jen Shah’s Arrest on Way to Vail
Jen received a mysterious phone call while with Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Lisa Barlow and Jennie Nguyen. The Real Housewives were waiting on a bus to leave for their trip to Vail, CO where they were meeting Meredith Marks and Mary Cosby. Jen asked Whitney to take her mic off while she was on the phone. She then told the women that her husband was in the hospital with internal bleeding and she took off. Minutes later, the NYPD and Homeland Security showed up looking for Jen. The women soon found out that Jen had been arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, as previously seen at Soap Dirt.
Jen’s arrest was met with mixed reactions from her fellow Real Housewives. Heather and Lisa both immediately began to cry. After that initial reaction, Lisa Barlow proceeded to call all six of her attorneys which struck some fans as rather strange. Jennie raided the bag of snacks left behind by Jen Shah. Whitney said, “I don’t know anything, but I have a lot of questions around, like, Jen’s lifestyle. It intrigues me where she gets all of her money and all of her things from.”

Facetime with Meredith Marks on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
The four Real Housewives tried to reach Jen Shah multiple times while they traveled to Vail on the bus. She did not respond to texts or phone calls. They then decided to video call Meredith Marks, who was waiting at the Vail house for their arrival.
Her reaction to the news of Jen’s arrest came as a surprise to the other women. She was not shocked at all when they told her what had happened. She was also not saddened by the news, as some of the other Real Housewives were. Meredith Marks and Jen Shah do not get along because she feels that Jen Shah attacked her son, Brooks Marks on social media.

Meredith’s reaction caused Lisa Barlow to question whether she was the one who turned Jen in. “I think Meredith might know something,” Lisa said during one of her many phone calls on the bus. She covered the phone with her hand while speaking on Real Housewives
Bravo’s Meredith Takes a Long Bath during the Drama
Mary Cosby arrived at the house looking for the host, Meredith Marks. Mary entered the house and yelled out multiple times until she heard a voice coming from one of the bedrooms. She followed the voice into a bathroom where she found her taking a bubble bath. The two discussed Jen, and Mary said that she is “heartbroken” over the news. Mary later says in her Real Housewives confessional that she found it rude that Meredith was soaking in the tub when she arrived.
When Heather, Whitney, Lisa and Jennie arrive a while later, Meredith Marks was still in the bathtub. Soon, all six Real Housewives were talking about Jen in the bathroom. She tells Heather that the tub she is bathing in happens to be in the room where Heather will be staying. Heather did not seem thrilled at this news.
When Meredith finally leaves the bath, the Real Housewives continue to talk about Jen Shah and their thoughts on her arrest. This drama is sure to continue in the weeks to come.
