However, there’s no doubt Xander Cook and his uncle Victor Kiriakis made choices that set off a chain reaction. And, one little life is still on the line – Mickey Horton (May Twins). Because of little Mickey’s cancer, the secret’s a ticking time-bomb set to blow up Victor’s life and also Xander’s.

DOOL Spoilers: Xander Gets Everything He Wants – And Could Lose It Soon
Right now, Days of our Lives spoilers tell us Victor Kiriakis has Maggie’s love. And, Xander Cook’s about to hear three important words from Sarah. Although Xander fell for her a long time ago, Sarah’s taken her time. But, this week, she finally tells Xander Cook she loves him.
So, although he’s thrilled to take her to bed and make love, Xander’s also terrified, predict Days of our Lives spoilers. Because, the secret of the baby swap looms large. But, if it comes down to it, Xander will admit the baby swap to save Mickey’s life.
Although, Victor Kiriakis fights to keep him quiet. Of course, Xander Cook swapped the infants to save Sarah and Maggie unimaginable pain. But, Days of our Lives spoilers explain Sarah will be furious at him for lying to her. And, for letting her live a lie for so long. After all, she can’t keep Mickey in the long run.
Days of Our Lives: Silver Lining – Maggie Didn’t Do the Deadly Deed
The latest DOOL spoilers point to Summer Townsend (Marie Wilson) as the one responsible for the accident that killed Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans). So, in the end, Maggie should be in the clear. But, that doesn’t change the life lost and people hurt because of Xander plotting with Victor Kiriakis.
Remember, Haley Chen’s (Thia Megia) death traces directly back to Xander Cook swapping the babies as Victor Kiriakis ordered.
