In the latest season of My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Whitney Thore went to see a fertility doctor. Her age and having Polycystic ovary syndrome can make it harder for her to get pregnant. So, she decided to look into getting her eggs frozen. She has put thought into it in the past. But now that she is only getting older, she thought it was time to put that plan in action.
The TLC star goes ahead with the procedure. Whitney started to give herself shots to increase the production of eggs. However, those shots made her feel extremely nauseous. But it was all worth it for her since the doctor was able to get a good number of eggs.
According to Whitney Thore, her eggs are still in the freezer. So, it seems like the My Big Fat Fabulous Life celeb still hopes to have a baby one day. She also shared that the whole egg retrieval, freezing and storing cost her around $20,000. But will she be able to use her eggs?

Whitney Thore has been open about not having a child the traditional way. However, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life castmate may not be the one carrying the baby. Due to her health condition, she hoped that her best friend, Heather Sykes, would be her surrogate, and Heather agreed to do it for the TLC star. But she doesn’t know if she’ll be a good candidate, given her age and previous pregnancy complications.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life TLC celeb seems to have a timeline for becoming a mother. Whitney thought she’d be a mother by now. But, since it didn’t happen the way she hoped it would, she has to make some big decisions. According to Whitney, the cutoff age for becoming a mom is 40 years old. She is currently 37 years old. So, that means she has three more years to make her baby dream come true.
