Back in 2014, Whitney Thore started a global movement called No Body Shame. The movement is to help people of all sizes live their lives free of shame. But, a few years ago, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member decided to expand the movement and create a fitness business called No BS Active. At the time, she co-ran the business with Ryan Andreas. However, Ryan has left since then, and the TLC star replaced him with her longtime gym partner, Jessica Powell.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life reality star recently made a big business move and created an app for her fitness company. Whitney Thore and Jessica Powell’s clients can now subscribe to the app and get workouts right on their smartphones. By joining, clients get access to their different workout routines and other fitness advice. However, it also gives people the chance to feel like they are working out with the TLC stars.
TLC’s Whitney Lifts up Jessica Powell
Whitney Thore and Jessica Powell have put in a lot of work to make the app a success. And, it seems like the My Big Fat Fabulous Life fitness partners have been getting a lot of good feedback from their clients. According to Whitney, she and Jessica don’t “normally” do weird stuff in their workout videos. But, when they do, they make sure they have fun doing it.
Jessica Powell is usually the one lifting Whitney Thore’s spirits up when they are working out. But, it looks like it was the other way around this time. The My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast members recently took a video of themselves trying out a new move. Whitney laid on the floor while lifting Jessica up with her legs. She was even able to get her business partner pretty high up. Yet, the TLC celebs seemed shocked that they were able to pull off the move.
