Right away, Whitney Thore said she was quarantined with her mother until they lifted some restrictions. She was apart from Chase, who was back in Wilmington. Then, she said Chase reached out, asking to come to Charlotte to deliver some big bad news “in person.”

Some of this will play out on My Big Fat Fabulous Life‘s new season, but TLC allowed Whitney to talk about it despite them filming now. Whitney said Chase’s words made her nervous, so she told him to tell her his “really important” news right then over the phone.

He did and informed Whitney Thore that he was having a baby with another woman. Chase and Whitney also shared his news online with My Big Fat Fabulous Life followers. However, whispers already leaked that Chase and Whitney Thore’s romance was only for the show. Still, it’s a shocker.

Whitney Thore Hospitalized Over Baby Shocker

In a My Big Fat Fabulous Life update, Whitney said she ended the call with Chase “pretty quickly” and hasn’t spoken to her on-screen fiance since then. She also said that he reached out later, but she’s not “in a place” to talk to him. Then, things turned worse for Whitney once word spread.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life featured cast member freaked out after she announced their split. Whitney Thore said she got anxious after telling fans and had a “really bad panic attack.” It was so scary that she called an ambulance because she was too upset to drive herself to the hospital.

The ER in Charlotte kept her for a few hours, then the My Big Fat Fabulous Life dance instructor faced another dilemma. She needed a ride home. Whitney Thore called her brother, who couldn’t come. Then she reached out at 2 AM to Buddy Bell for an assist.

Buddy Rode to Rescue – Hasn’t Left My Big Fat Fabulous Life Co-Star Yet

Whitney called Buddy in the wee hours of the morning, and he came from Greensboro, 90 minutes away, to take her home from the emergency room. She said her pal intended to stay a few days, but it’s six weeks later, and Buddy’s still there.

And it sounds like it’s a good thing for My Big Fat Fabulous Life‘s Whitney Thore. She said it’s good to have him there – mainly because she was back in the ER a couple of weeks later. In the end, she said it’s “nice” having him there. And Whitney said she and Buddy watch tons of TV.

Whitney Thore also said of her My Big Fat Fabulous Life scene partner that she’s been finding things for “Buddy and me to do together.” Most of all, Whitney said it’s great that he’s there, so she’s “not alone” anymore. She said it’s “a huge deal” and makes her feel safe.

We just reported that the MBFFL camera crew is at work in Charlotte taping with her. And you can bet all this, including her ER drama, is on the new season. Expect some of it self-filmed and some with the crew. Stay tuned here for more updates on filming.
