‘Married at First Sight’: Gil Cuero Pleads for Mercy

Married at First Sight star Gil Cuero was in tears at the MAFS reunion for Season 13. After the experiment wrapped up, the Lifetime celebrity plead for mercy – but not for himself.

Married at First Sight: Gil Cuero Begs People to Give Mercy

Gil enjoys being in the spotlight and at the center of people’s love. He said that some people showed their commitment and sent him some pretty interesting things after Married at First Sight. However, he said he noticed something else and didn’t like it – even with all the love he received.

He found out that people hated on his Married at First Sight ex Myrla Feria. He said that he wouldn’t want people to say or do anything mean to her because of him. Gil Cuero went on to say how much he appreciated the support people gave him.

Married at First Sight: Gil Cuero

“Thank you to everyone who’s been showing me love.” He said he had over 2,500 messages, and on Married at First Sight he said they weren’t all from women. The men that wrote him weren’t hitting on him, he said. But they were saying they understood how he felt and letting him know he wasn’t alone.

MAFS: Gil Didn’t Want to Be Famous

Gil Cuero said he didn’t go on Married at First Sight for fame. He never had that as a goal, but he welcomed everyone to his world. When Gil told people not to attack his ex Myrla, fans said they loved him even more.

Some of the things Married at First Sight viewers said about Myrla Feria were very harsh. He said, “If you truly support me and are a fan, then you know I don’t condone any type of bullying.” Despite the pain he felt over her, he didn’t want her to feel pain.

He said, “What’s been done has been done” despite feeling sad. Besides asking for mercy for his now ex-wife, he said, “We are ALL better than that” but Not everyone agreed. Some fans said dragging people from Married at First Sight was fun.

Married at First Sight: Bettering His Life after the Show

Gil Cuero didn’t let himself get hung up after experiencing major pain on Married at First Sight. After the show, he started going to EMT school, and that’s why he was able to grow a beard. When fans saw Gil had a beard on the reunion show – they knew something was up, Soap Dirt recalled.

Firefighters can’t have a beard in most cases because it is dangerous. However, EMTs don’t have any rules against it, and Gil was more than happy to show off his beard-growing ability. Married at First Sight watchers are happy he moved on and is happy with his life.
