Married at First Sight celebs Danielle Bergman and Bobby Dodd are officially parents to baby number two. The season seven MAFS cast members welcomed a boy into their family. And the duo are happy to be parents for the second time – especially with how difficult this go-round was.

Robert Elvin Dodd IV was born at 12:01 pm on December 14. Weighing in at six pounds, five ounces, this is the second child for the Married at First Sight duo. Meanwhile, viewers keeping up with this pair saw updates on Couples’ Cam. And now, their baby boy is officially here.
Danielle Bergman Dodd’s first time going through this was the focal point of Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After with other expecting mothers like Shawniece Jackson and Ashley Petta. Meanwhile, Ashley and Anthony D’Amico are expecting their second child as well. So there are a lot of MAFS babies on the way – including a first for Greg Okotie and Deonna McNeill.
Danielle Dodd said that her boy is healthy. And that the Married at First Sight husband and wife can’t wait for him to meet his sister. This makes Bobby and his spouse officially a family of four.
Married at First Sight: Complications for Danielle with Baby
It wasn’t an easy road getting here for Married at First Sight‘s Bobby Dodd and his wife this time around. Added to the stress of having a baby during a global pandemic, Danielle experienced complications throughout her second time being pregnant, too.
Originally, Married at First Sight mom Danielle Bergman’s delivery wasn’t supposed to be until January. Bobby Dodd’s wife said they’d welcome baby number two in 2021. But due to complications, that’s not how the situation panned out. At the beginning of December, Danielle said there was a chance she could give birth early.
Married at First Sight‘s Danielle Bergman Dodd was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome – something she also had during her first pregnancy with daughter, Olivia. And typically, the only way to alleviate symptoms like nausea, abdominal pain, headache, and swelling is to deliver early.
MAFS Couple Thankful for Healthy Son
With Danielle Dodd’s pregnancy being high-risk, both she and Married at First Sight husband Bobby Dodd were glad to welcome their son. Danielle added that she and Bobby are very excited that their latest bundle of joy arrived. Meanwhile, she said that he is the sweetest little baby ever. And despite the complications leading up to delivery, everything seems to have gone smoothly for the pair during.
Along with that, Bobby Dodd chimed in as well. The Married at First Sight father of two shared more pics of his son. Meanwhile, he agreed that he officially has a squad now – and someone to pass on the Bobby Dodd name to.
In addition to congratulations from Married at First Sight fans, a lot of fellow cast members from different seasons chimed in, including Elizabeth Bice and Stephanie Sersen. And with her second baby on the way, Ashley Petta also congratulated the couple.
