Last week, on Season 6, June, Shannon dropped a bomb that shocked her youngest daughter, Alana Thompson. The mother-daughter duo went to LA to be on The Masked Singer. Then, they went to the airport to head home.
But, Mama did something that Alana never saw coming. Instead of going home, Mama informed her she would be going out of town for a couple of days.
Furthermore, Mama was vague on Mama June: Road to Redemption. She just said she had a friend that needed her. Plus, she claimed it was part of her community service.
However, the family soon finds out that Mama was dropping thousands of dollars on her mysterious new pal. And she even buys him a car soon. There was chatter going around that it was her new boyfriend.
Come to find out, the mystery man is Tik Tok influencer, Jordan McCollum. Of course, we now know that Jordan is Mama’s best friend, and there was never anything romantic between them.
Moreover, Jordan popped the question to his girlfriend Ashlyn Talley shortly after Mama’s visit. And now, the Mama June: Road to Redemption celeb is married to Justin Stroud.
But, the fact of the matter is that Mama choose to help someone she barely knows. And decided not to go home with her own daughter. And Alana is angry and heartbroken and ready to write Mama off.

The drama keeps coming on Mama June: Road to Redemption when Alana Thompson gets a new boyfriend. Coming up this week, she admits to Pumpkin that she has a crush — Dralin Carswell. At first, Pumpkin teases her sister a bit.
But, Pumpkin is uneasy about her kid sister dating. Of course, she wants to meet Dralin, and when she does, things get tense. Pumpkin warns him not to hurt her little sister — or else. No doubt, she’s looking out for Honey Boo Boo.
