Recently, Mama June: From Not to Hot sister, Pumpkin Shannon was in shock to see her mother June Shannon. Viewers may recall, she looked a hot mess. Of course, it breaks Pumpkin’s heart to see Mama like this. She remembers when her mother used to get her and nails done regularly and took pride in her appearance.

Now, June’s self-esteem is extremely low and she’s completely let herself go. Clearly, it was hard for Pumpkin to see her like that. So, she doesn’t know when Alana Thompson should see their mom. Of course, she doesn’t want to get Alana’s hopes up just to be let down again on Mama June: From Not to Hot.

More recently, she agreed to go, then flaked at the last minute. So, that’s why Pumpkin is hesitant for Alana Thompson to reconnect with Mama. Of course, there’s a good chance she won’t see this through.

Then, they will all be heartbroken again. All along, Pumpkin has put Alana first and does what is in her best interest. No doubt, she will continue to do the same until she is sure it’s a good idea to reunite Alana with their Mama.
