‘Love During Lockup’: Mark’s Bizarre Plan Starts to Freak Out SinCer-A

Love During Lockup star Las Vegas businessman Mark Wagner could be a little too obsessed with his inmate girlfriend, SinCer-A Nerton. He believes she could be the one.

So, he is beginning to see a potential future for the two of them and wants to help her get out on an early release.

Love During Lockup: Mark Wagner Plots to Get SinCer-A Nerton Early Release with Wild Plan

The Love During Lockup star says he knows it is unrealistic to date someone with so much time left in prison. But he is starting to develop different feelings for her.

So, he would like to find a way to get SinCer-A an early release from the Washington Corrections Center for Women in Gig Harbor, Washington.

SinCer-A, 23, is serving 130 months on various felony charges, including burglary, robbery, and kidnapping. Mark finds the Love During Lockup inmate’s wild arrest record very appealing. He admits he loves a “wild and crazy bad girl.”

In 2018, SinCer-A and her boyfriend at the time, Josh Turner, forced their way into her 52-year-old grandma’s home.

If that is not crazy enough, SinCer-A handcuffs her grandmother to her girlfriend. She then shot up the home’s ceiling. Next, she took off with grandma’s cash and various valuables.

Love During Lockup: Is SinCer-A Getting More Than She Bargained for In Mark?

The Love During Lockup businessman describes himself as a successful software engineer. He is from Las Vegas and claims to make $600,000 a year.

Fans say the two should be perfect for each other, because Nerton’s dating profile states she is looking for relationships with financial support.

Sin-Cer-A isn’t due for release until December 2027. But Mark Wagner wants her out and available to him as soon as possible. So, he has a bizarre suggestion.

During a phone call, he suggests he helps her pregnant. He says it would make her eligible for early release. He tells her that since he is already a sperm donor, he knows how easy this would be.

However, the Love During Lockup software engineer may be confused about the early release of pregnant inmates.

Per the Department of Corrections of Washington State’s DOC website, Washington is one of nine states that offer an RPP (Residential Parenting Program.)

The Residential Parenting Program, RPP, allows pregnant, minimum-security inmates with sentences shorter than 30 months the opportunity to keep their babies with them after giving birth.

The states currently participating in this program include California, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Nebraska, New York, South Dakota, Washington, and West Virginia.

WEtv Inmate Shuts Down Pregnancy Offer

Love During Lockup’s Mark offers to help SinCer-A get pregnant. He tells her that if this were to happen, she could be granted early release. However, Nerton is skeptical. So, she shuts down Mark’s offer. She is not ready to commit to being a parent.

Despite being a wealthy businessman, Mark Wagner says he is also a sperm donor. He does not consider himself a parent – yet.

Although he admits to having fathered two sons born to recipients of his sperm donations. WEtv viewers find Mark’s offer to SinCer-A borderline creepy and question if it is legal. They also feel it is strange that the convicted felon, in this case, is more worried about the risks than he is.

Love During Lockup: Mark Wagner

If the Love During Lockup couple were to take such a risk, it would likely not go unpunished. If caught, Mark Wagner could face criminal charges.

And SinCer-A Nerton could face disciplinary action by the prison. Will Mark convince her to see things his way and go along with his plan? New episodes of Love During Lockup air Friday nights on WEtv.
