The time that Louie and Melissa spent together after his release did not go as she had hoped for. The Love After Lockup star envisioned their time together as a romantic lovefest. But interruptions from his mom, Donna Fojut, didn’t help matters. Not to mention his parole meeting and flirting with another woman helped to put a damper on their dates.

After watching Louie tease and flirt with their dance instructor, Rebekah, on the date that he had planned for her was the last straw. The New Jersey native is angry and has a lot of doubts running through her mind. She is unsure whether or not she will be able to trust him.
Melissa Picariello let the Love After Lockup inmate know she was upset. She found his actions rude and hurtful. The couple spent some much-needed time apart to think things over. Now it seems like he got the message. So, he comes up with a way to say he is sorry.
Louie Comes Bearing a Love Pizza
Love After Lockup star Louie Fojut feels like he is starting to get his life on the right track. He has a job at his friend’s pizza parlor, and he says he feels optimistic about life. So when he shows back up at the hotel, he comes bearing a gift of a love pizza.
While Louie was at the pizza parlor, he decided he needed a peace offering to bring to Melissa. He thought it would be a cute idea to make her a heart-shaped pizza. When he returns to the hotel, he tracks his girlfriend down in the gym. He tells his girlfriend that he brought her a gift that he made himself.
Melissa looks inside the pizza box, and it is easy to see she finds his offering very sweet. He knows he is starting to wear her down. They have a discussion, and she tells him exactly how she feels.
She tells him she is unsure she can trust him to behave while she is in New Jersey. But Love After Lockup‘s Louie Fojut turns on the charm and promises he will not flirt or touch another woman. They agree to enjoy their last night together before she leaves in the morning.
Love After Lockup: Melissa Leaves and Donna Takes Charge
Even though the WEtv couple must part ways, Louis assures her things will be fine. Melissa doesn’t want to leave, but when she does, she leaves, knowing one thing that makes her feel better. While she is gone, Louie is on parole and must follow some strict regulations if the former Love After Lockup inmate is to remain out of prison.
He also must stay at his mom, Donna Fojut’s home. This is a bit of a comfort to Melissa Picariello. She knows that Donna will be watching his every move. She wants her son to spend his free time with her. So, in order to get what she wants, Donna will tighten her apron strings on her son. She will also make sure he walks the straight and narrow.

Knowing this helps Love After Lockup‘s Melissa Picariello breathe a little easier. But she will still check in on Louie Fojut to remind him that even one tiny screw-up on his part and this relationship is over before it gets started.
