Lindsey Downs tells Daonte Sierra she is not so sure her parole officer will allow her to travel out of state to visit with him. He tells her that if he could fix his finances, he could use his VA home loan. She gets very curious and asks him what he means by fixing his finances. He admits he has pretty bad credit.
She asks him to show her his credit score. She tells him she is good with money and doesn’t believe things are as bad as he lets on. After he pulls up his credit report on his phone Lindsey is shocked to find out that her new man was not exaggerating. She finds out he has numerous late payments on his bills.

He can tell that she is not happy to find he is in a lot of debt. So, he quickly attempts to explain his side. He claims that every woman he gets involved with tends to drain him dry of money.
He reveals that he has spent close to $40K during his past relationship with Nicole. She knows she now has him, where she wants him for the time being. However, she was unaware of how dire his financial situation was.
