Is Sheila Carter Leaving Bold and Beautiful?
Everyone’s wondering next week on B&B if Sheila Carter is leaving the CBS soap. And that’s because on the Friday cliffhanger episode, she flatlined and the emergency room with two doctors staring down at her.
As seen on the most recent Bold and the Beautiful episode, Sheila suffered a heart attack when she tried to run from the LA police and the FBI. However, is not clear why Lieutenant Baker of the LAPD is arresting her when it was a federal investigation…
No matter who’s prosecuting the case the bottom line is they got a confession of first-degree murder and that means Sheila could go to prison for decades. But based on what we’re seeing, Sheila Carter could die and avoid prison.
However, it doesn’t seem too likely that they will kill her off. On the next episode of Bold and the Beautiful, Kimberlin Brown‘s character pushes Finn (Tanner Novlan) into a life-and-death dilemma. He must decide if he’ll intervene and save her life on B&B.
Kimberlin Brown Has a Long-Term Contract at B&B with an Exit Clause
A few months back, actress Kimberlin Brown revealed that she signed a long-term deal with CBS daytime period however, she also revealed that every 3 to 6 months there is a review period where they can still terminate the contract and write out her character.
So that means despite signing a multi-year deal, Bold and the Beautiful could exit Sheila in one way or another. It’s hard to imagine how they can keep her around indefinitely given her murderous ways and violent crime sprees.
But there are good reasons to keep her on B&B. Foremost is that she is a true villain. Aside from Sheila, there are no real villains — just situations where they villainize ordinary characters like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) or Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
Plus since they’ve tied her into Finn as his biological mother, those connections are other reasons to keep her alive on The Bold and the Beautiful. But her life is clearly on the line as we’ve seen in the most recent episodes of B&B on CBS.
Will Sheila Die or Go to Prison on The Bold and the Beautiful
Right now, the soap’s writers really have three options for Sheila Carter’s fate. First, she could die on that gurney in the ER because Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) wants to see the woman dead. Second, Finn could save her, and then Sheila goes to prison.
But what seems most likely on Bold and the Beautiful is door #3. We could see the nine-toed lunatic recover enough to slip out of the hospital. Then she can creep away, avoiding the consequences of her actions. That last option is the most intriguing, though.
If Sheila escapes, she may wreak havoc. At this point, she probably feels most betrayed by Dollar Bill and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). So, if she’s on the loose, she might make them pay. Even though the best outcome for her is just to slither out of town.
So if you’re wondering — is Sheila Carter leaving Bold and Beautiful… The best guess is that she’s not done with her reign of terror yet. We expect (and certainly hope) she breaks out and takes vengeance on those she feels wronged her on the CBS soap opera.
