Is Claire Brady Leaving ‘Days of our Lives’ – Isabel Durant Last Airdate
Days of our Lives comings and goings show Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) making plans with her ex-boyfriend to help his business in South Africa – so is she leaving? And if so, how does that affect the characters in town and the actress’ future with the NBC soap opera?

Claire Brady Makes Plans on Days of our Lives
Spoilers show that Claire Brady’s considering a job offer from Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). He and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) are running a business in SA and have a job that just came open. Out of the blue, Claire nominated herself for the position, thinking she could work remotely from Salem.
However, on Days of our Lives, Theo said that was a non-starter and Claire would have to relocate if she wanted the opportunity. He said he could get her on the flight next to him. So, Claire had a big decision to make. She rushed home to talk to Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).

Instead, Claire found Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) on Days of our Lives. And Claire Brady flinched, expecting the worst. The last few times she saw her aunt, Ciara chewed her out and called her psycho. This time, Ciara might have something to say to her about kissing Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Or she might let it slide.
Isabel Durant Exits DOOL on NBC
For now, Claire Brady will leave Salem on Friday, August 20 on Days of our Lives. And that means Isabel Durant is off the canvas for now. However, as longtime soap watchers know, characters cycle off and on the NBC daytime drama all the time. So, that only means Claire’s not front burner now.
For the past few months on Days of our Lives, Claire’s primary function was helping Ben keep the faith about Ciara. Now, with them reunited, Claire doesn’t have a front-burner plot. She’s got no guy, no job, and not much going on. And South Africa and Chicago seem to be where Days likes to shelve inactive characters.
It looks like Days of our Lives is soon to focus on the younger quadrangle love story as well as EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) return. But it also will turn back to other characters once these storylines shift, wax, and wane. So, expect to see Claire Brady tell her parents that she’s going to SA, at least for now, to work with Theo and JJ.
Will Claire be Back to Days of our Lives?
Spoilers wonder if Isabel Durant is officially done at DOOL for good – or if she’ll be back as Claire Brady. As you know, Claire could certainly come back in a few months or a year or so. And it certainly could be Isabel in the role. Or it might be Olivia Rose Keegan. Days of our Lives is also known to swap between actresses if one is unavailable when needed.
They’ve done this with Eileen Davidson and Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera/Susan Banks). And also Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller/Kate Mansi). So, Days of our Lives could turn back to ORK if Durant is busy with other projects when they decide to bring Claire Brady back to town. But that could be later this year – or in 2022 on the NBC daytime drama.
