Is Cabin Demo Driving Jeremy Roloff to Drink – ‘Little People, Big World’ Update
Jeremy Roloff’s busy with their cabin project but is the Little People, Big World son really frustrated? Some recent photo shows he’s relieving some of the stress by hitting the bottle. Here’s the latest on the Spring River Cabin reno as he gets it ready for Audrey Roloff and their kids.
Jeremy Roloff Reveals Damage Complicating Cabin Renovation
This week, Jeremy showed some damage that’s making his work harder. See the pics below. There’s a gap of six inches of sheetrock missing on all their walls. At first, he talked about repairing it. Then, he decided to just use wider floor trim.
But some commenters worried that might not be a sturdy choice. Jeremy Roloff also had big plans to rip up the tile in the bathroom but that’s gone awry. He found issues once they started pulling up the old flooring throughout the Spring River cabin.

With the sheetrock gapping all over, Jeremy decided to leave the tile in place. But the Little People, Big World handyman is going to paint the tile. That’s an unconventional choice but more cost-effective for now.
Jeremy said they’ll lay down the hardwoods in two weeks. And he and Audrey got a deal at less than $4 a square foot for the materials. He also shared that he’ll keep the natural wood beam slanted ceilings and beams that give the cabin a rustic feel.
Little People, Big World Son Driven to Drink — What’s His Poison
There are two updates for Jeremy Roloff this week involving a beverage. First, he’s frustrated because Audrey Roloff slopped her coffee all over his truck. See the pic below. She left her coffee resting in the console. And it went flying.
You can see it soaked from the glove box to the floor to the seat. Audrey also posted an eye-roll emoji. She said Jeremy cares more about is truck than her needing caffeine when she’s got all the kids with her.

That could be part of what led Jeremy to take a drink. He complained about the coffee. Then he said he was dealing with “mid-project retreat syndrome”. He sounds frustrated. So, what liquor did he choose to drown his frustrations?
The Little People, Big World son enjoyed a tumbler of bourbon — High West Whiskey to be specific. It runs $40 a bottle and supports American Prairie preservation. Given all the work he’s done, that drink was well-earned.
Where is Jeremy & Audrey’s Cabin and How Much Did it Cost?
When chatting about renovations, Jeremy Roloff said he and Audrey set a budget they agreed on. And the reno comes on top of the $750,000 price tag for the cabin. They plan to use it as a second home and possible rental.
Financial records for the purchase indicate they put a significant down payment on the property. And they’ve added it the Roloff Family Trust they own together. The cabin cost much more than the Roloff’s primary home in Portland.

They have a 2,000 square foot, four-bedroom, 2.5 bath house there. They bought it in 2017 for $465,000. Since then, it’s gone up almost $200k in value. Now, they own more than one million dollars worth of real estate. That’s pretty impressive for the young couple.
