Hope and Finn’s Troubles Start with a Kiss on ‘Bold and the Beautiful’?
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers put Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) on a turbulent journey thanks to their newly surfaced parents. Finn’s mom, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), vowed to take down the Forresters on a recent episode of the CBS soap. She attempted to coax a reluctant Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to join her. Now it looks like he finds himself roped into it whether he likes it or not in upcoming episodes of B&B.
Bold and the Beautiful: John Finnegan Only Part Of It
Sheila Carter’s end goal isn’t all about a relationship with Finn on Bold and the Beautiful. It seems as if her infatuation with the Forrester family plays a big part in her sudden maternal needs. If it was all about Finn, this need would have surfaced long before he married into the famous L.A. family.
Even the birth of grandson, little Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Samantha Worden), didn’t bring her out of the shadows. No, she didn’t make a stir until she read in the society pages online that Finn was about to marry Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Even Deacon Sharpe knew about the fixation Sheila Carter has with this family. She once infiltrated the Forresters through marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook) years back on Bold and the Beautiful. This great-grandfather blames himself for putting the family on this dangerous woman’s radar. So, this sudden need to become a mother and grandmother to Finn and his son has more to it than a ping or a pang of motherly love.
B&B: It Was All About Hope Logan At First
Bold and the Beautiful made a point of Deacon Sharpe showing the pile of letters he received from Hope Logan while he was in prison. So, Hope Logan’s letters to her father probably did give him the goal to live life on the straight and narrow. Especially with the chance of being a dad to the daughter he barely knows.
So, he ran right over to Hope Logan with visions of a family forming in his head. That is until he found himself in a battle just to see her. This guy left prison with very little money and no place to say. This is where Sheila Carter steps in. She’s willing to help the ex-convict. But she makes him pay a price.
So, as Soap Dirt suggested in an earlier article, Hope’s father appeared to start off with good intentions. But it only took a run-in with Finn’s biological mother to change things. She used her seemingly bottomless wallet to feed him a lot of tequila, which set him on a new path.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: It Only Takes A Kiss
B&B spoilers indicate that Hope Logan forms a bond with Finn as they navigate through similar situations. Both have parents with unsavory pasts. But John Finnegan, as well as Hope Logan, have been forbidden by their spouses to see their parents who recently surfaced. While Finn’s meeting up with Hope to talk about their situations, they spot Sheila with Deacon.

This Bold and the Beautiful plot has this conniving mother taking advantage of the situation. While in eyeshot, of her son, John Finnegan, and Hope, she suddenly makes a move that surprises even Deacon. She’ll plant a romantic kiss on her new comrade.
It seems this one kiss is the starting gate for putting John Finnegan’s newlywed status and Hope’s marriage in jeopardy. But how does that work? After all – it is Bold and the Beautiful, so anything goes when it comes to couples.
One Generation Works On Another
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers point to Sheila surprising Deacon, who never expected her to kiss him. But the crazed woman puts on a show for Finn, who’s with Hope. It seems the next step this scorned mother takes is to appeal to her son along with Hope to keep this quiet.
Because Sheila Carter is barred from seeing Finn — and Deacon is told to stay away from Hope, they don’t want anyone to know they are together.
That would make matters worse if the people wanting them out of town learn that they joined forces. But that’s exactly what Finn’s birth mother wants – she wants to worsen matters. So upcoming B&B episodes look a bit dicey for these two young couples.
Bold and the Beautiful Theory: Get Hope & Finn Spouses Out Of The Way?
Finn’s mother wants things to deteriorate to a point where he doesn’t have a spouse dictating his moves. This manipulating mother will also want the same for Hope. She aims to help out her newly released pal. So, she plans to free his daughter from her husband, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), who also stands in the way.
But these two devious Bold and the Beautiful characters are not together, although an unsuspecting Hope Logan and her friend Finn need to believe this for the ploy to work. Next, these partners in crime sit with their adult kids in this public venue.
So, Finn tries to get to know his mom and Hope makes the first step to form a bond with her dad. But this family meeting of sorts doesn’t remain a secret for long. Maybe that’s because Sheila Carter set it up for either Steffy Forrester or even Liam Spencer to discover all four together.
It sounds as if Steffy and Liam discuss the Sheila-Deacon alliance in the Bold and the Beautiful video above. So, it could be that one kiss between their biological parents opens up a storyline to rattle both Hope Logan’s marriage as well as Finn’s newlywed bliss.
You can only imagine what comes next if it goes this way. Both John Finnegan and his new supportive friend, Hope Logan, spend time with their parents despite their spouses ordering them to stay away. This can’t help their marriages, which are already strained over their wishes to get to know their parents, on the CBS soap.
