This week, Willow and her boyfriend Michael are at GH, and judging by the weekly promo, it appears that something is wrong. As she flies into Michael’s arms, she looks terrified.
Plus, it looks like there’s a hospital bracelet on her wrist. General Hospital spoilers for the summer say “Millow” gets exciting news they can wait to share. So, Willow could be pregnant.
However, she ends up with more prominent issues that must come first. She also shares scenes with Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), an oncologist.

So, this week, on General Hospital, Willow Tait may get a shocking diagnosis, which could be cancer. And soon, her health may begin to plummet. She could need an organ donor, and of course, Carly and her family will do anything to help.
But, they may not be a match. As the young woman’s health declines, Carly may start to feel guilty. And she could realize that she needs to tell the truth so that Nina can save her daughter. Most likely, Wiley’s mama will survive.
But Carly Corinthos will be in a world of trouble with everyone. “Millow” may turn their backs on her for good. Also, Carly lied to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about the DNA test. So, he may walk away from her as well.
Things are about to get intense for the Corinthos family on GH. And soon, Carly Corinthos may come to clean to Willow Tait in order to keep her alive. But, Willow may never forgive Carly, and their friendship might not survive on the ABC soap.
