‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Terry Randolph Gets a Love Interest
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) finally gets a love interest. The new man is Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten), who pops up in Port Charles once in a while. Fans can’t wait to see what’s in store for this couple.
General Hospital: Terry Randolph Looks for Love
Terry Randolph came to GH in 2018. She was a childhood friend of Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). She happily began working at GH with her friend, who she nicknamed “Biz.”
Terry was Oscar Nero’s (Garren Stitt) doctor when he had a brain tumor and was heartbroken when he died. Dr. Randolph became Head of Oncology and then set her sights on the Chief of Staff position.

She was up against current Chief of Staff, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Terry was a favorite among the General Hospital staff, but ultimately, Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) made them Co-Chiefs.
The two had a rough start but eventually worked well together. Terry has been a great support to her best friend, Biz. She has been there for her during hard times with her husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), and when he was killed.
But Terry has never had her own love interest on the ABC soap. Until now. It began when her friend, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), convinced her to download a dating app… And that led to her blind date, per GH Twitter spoilers.
Who Is Chet Driscoll on General Hospital?
Chet Driscoll is the brother of Nurse Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken). Amy is a bubbly, sometimes gossipy, nurse at General Hospital. Longtime GH fans find her similar to Nurse Amy Vining (Shell Kepler).
Her brother Chet came on the scene in 2017. He was a veteran who was addicted to painkillers. Amy created an advice column called “Ask Man Landers” to make money to pay for his medical expenses.
Chet was resistant at first, but soon realized how wonderful his sister is and agreed to let her help him. And Chet appeared in Port Charles a few more times.
On his last visit, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) took a liking to the vet and offered him a job as Volonino’s gym manager, which Chet happily accepted. Chet hasn’t had a fulfilled love interest, but he once had a crush on Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
When Terry Met Chet on GH
Terry Randolph began speaking to someone through a dating app but didn’t know what he looked like on General Hospital. The two agreed to meet at Charlie’s Pub on Valentine’s Day. Terry’s date would be wearing a teal shirt.
When a mystery man sits down next to her in a teal shirt, then Dr. Randolph assumes he is her date, Tanner. The man is actually Chet, and he corrects her when he realizes her mistake. Tanner shows up and he and Terry begin their evening.

Chet cannot help but overhear the date, which is awful. He rescues Terry from the awkward conversation with Tanner by claiming he is her boyfriend. He then sits down with the GH doctor and tells her she is beautiful.
There is a definite spark between these two. Terry’s helped her friends with their love lives for a few years now and fans are happy she is beginning her own love story. Chet just may be a great guy for her.
