‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Peter August Gone – Who Stole Him from the Freezer?
General Hospital predictions suspect Peter August‘s (Wes Ramsey) body was snatched. There are a few likely suspects who would want to steal Peter’s corpse on GH. However, one makes the most sense, predict ABC soap opera scoops.
General Hospital: Peter August Missing
Recently, on GH, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) fessed up to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about killing Peter. However, when Finn tried to show Anna that Peter was in the freezer, it was empty. No doubt, Finn was in shock, recall General Hospital recaps. After all, he and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) put Peter August in there themselves.
Now, of course, they are worried that Peter August is somehow alive and escaped. However, that seems impossible, seeing as Peter was extremely hurt and wasn’t breathing. So, it seems likely that someone got into the sub-basement when the cameras were still down at General Hospital. But who?
Alex Merrick Alive on GH and Took Her Son?
General Hospital predictions suggest Alex Merrick (also Finola Hughes) is the number one suspect for taking off with Peter’s body whether he’s alive or deceased. Currently, Alex is supposedly dead herself. However, soap fans know villains never die. Plus, the way Alex rolled herself off of the Haunted Star into the water, she certainly could’ve faked her death.

There is an excellent chance Alex is not dead and was probably keeping an eye on her evil offspring. So, Alex could very well have known that Finn sent Peter August flying down the stairs, then he and Liz stashed him.
And with no working camera, Alex easily could’ve snuck her son out of General Hospital. And she might even try to nurse Peter August back to health so they can come for vengeance. Of course, Alex is the likeliest. However, others are capable of snatching parking lot Peter as well.
Liesl Obrecht Behind MIA Body on General Hospital?
GH predictions also wonder if Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is the corpse thief. Clearly, Liesl is capable. General Hospital viewers will recall that Liesl tortured Peter August for weeks in a cabin in the woods. Then, she torched the place and left him for dead.
So, Liesl might want to make sure he is actually dead. And if not, she might’ve saved his life so that she could torture him again. No doubt, her new boyfriend, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), would be on board.
Peter August did kill Scott’s son Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). So, he likely wouldn’t judge Liesl for torturing Peter on General Hospital. However, there is another thought…
GH Predictions: Helena Cassadine Strikes Again?
Another possibility is General Hospital’s long-time super-villain Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). After all, that is Helena’s lab, and you’ve got to love a good Cassadine villain. Plus, Peter worked with Helen to kidnap Drew Cain (then Billy Miller).
Of course, Helena is “dead” also, but that’s never stopped her before. So there’s always a chance Helena could be alive. And she might’ve taken Peter to use for her own bidding, suspect General Hospital spoilers.
Perhaps, she even had Peter August frozen. It’s not the first time a Cassadine froze someone for their own uses. Surely, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) didn’t do it. Val was off trying to steal kisses from Anna. But, there’s always Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
General Hospital spoilers remind that Cyrus wasn’t in prison yet when Peter took his fatal fall. So, the drug lord could be the culprit. However, it is less likely that Cyrus is to blame because he doesn’t need Peter – except to use him as a weapon. And currently, Cyrus is in federal prison out West. But, there’s a slight chance.
So, while Alex appears to be most likely, there are always others who might have a use for Henrik. But, for now, frozen Peter August is missing, and we’ll have to wait and see who grabbed him from the freezer on the ABC soap opera.
