‘General Hospital’ Shocker: Carly & Nelle in Prison Together – Sister Cell Mates Soon?

General Hospital spoilers suspect Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) may not be dead and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) might end up doing time with her on GH. Clearly, things do not look good for Carly right now on the ABC sudser.

Carly Corinthos Looks Guilty on General Hospital

General Hospital spoilers know Carly Corinthos is in a sticky situation right now. Currently, Nelle Hayes is missing. And, even though Carly’s genuinely innocent, it doesn’t look that way. Her ex-husband, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), can see how this looks from the outside.

While Jax’s plan to play dumb is risky, he is right about one thing. It looks bad for Carly Corinthos. Of course, Nelle and Carly are toxic and their hatred for each other is publicly known. So, thinking she pushed Nelle is not a stretch for, the police. Even Jax thought so for a moment.

Plus, Jax has a point about the cops going after Carly Corinthos because she’s Sonny’s wife. So, Jax advised her to lie to the police as the best way to handle this. Now, it all blows up in her face if Nelle Hayes turns up alive. And, there’s no doubt it’ll happen, hint General Hospital spoilers.

Nelle Hayes Alive and Still in Trouble on GH

General Hospital spoilers predict Nelle Hayes survived her fall from the cliff. Of course, she won’t die that easily. So, expect Nelle to return and lurk around awhile. Then, she can pop up and claim Carly Corinthos tried to kill her. Clearly, there are no witnesses, and all evidence points to Carly tossing her over the cliff. Of course, Jax could come to his ex’s defense.

However, the PCPD won’t listen much to Carly Corinthos’ ex-husband who’d cover for her. So, Carly may do time in prison. But, Nelle might wind up there too since she slashed Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Briana Lane) throat. Plus, she kidnapped Wiley and planned to disappear on General Hospital. So, Nelle’s not off the hook. In the end, both women may find themselves in Pentonville.

Nelle and Carly Hash it Out in Prison – General Hospital Spoilers

Down the road on General Hospital, Carly and psycho Nelle Hayes could end up in the slammer together. Perhaps, they’ll be stuck as cell-mates. Then, that would give the women plenty of time to deal with their issues. Clearly, Nelle Hayes holds her big step-sister responsible for everything bad in her life.

Deep down, all she wants is for Carly Corinthos to be her sister. So, if they’re in Pentonville together, maybe they’ll reconcile. However, it would take a lot of work on Nelle’s part. She tormented the Corinthos family for years. But, anything’s possible. So, things may go terribly wrong for Carly Corinthos if Nelle Hayes turns up and claims she tried to kill her – we’ll have to wait and see.
