General Hospital Predictions: Nina Reeves Knows Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Secret
Currently, on GH, Nina Reeves is aware that little “Bailey” is not Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s daughter. General Hospital viewers will recall that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) needed to tell someone that Bailey is actually Louise.
So, Maxie confided in Nina Reeves. Of course, Nina was in shock. But, mostly, she feels terrible for her ex-husband Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Nina: Bailey is not yours.

Valentin believes Bailey’s his daughter and loves her with all of his heart. So, Nina’s sad for Valentin. However, she knows Val can take it, so she is keeping Brook Lynn’s secret – for now.

BLQ Discovers Sonny on GH
General Hospital predictions hint Brook Lynn Quartermaine soon could get a glimpse of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), AKA Mike. Soon, Brook Lynn video calls Nina Reeves during Wiley Corinthos’ (Theo and Erik Olsen) birthday party.
BLQ wants to be nice and let Nina say happy birthday to Wiley. However, Brook Lynn Quartermaine may get a surprise of her own. Chances are, Brook Lynn will notice “Mike” in the background and know right away that it’s Sonny.
No doubt, Nina Reeves will panic. Then, perhaps, she’ll try to convince Brook Lynn that the man isn’t Sonny. But BLQ has known Sonny for years, and she will surely know who she’s seeing. So, her next move may be to bargain with Brook Lynn Quartermaine, predict General Hospital updates.
Nina Pleads with Brook Lynn General Hospital
Soon, on GH, Nina Reeves might beg Brook Lynn not to tell anyone that Sonny’s alive in Nixon Falls. Surely, BLQ will be horrified that Nina is keeping the truth from Sonny’s family. However, she doesn’t have much of a vested interest in Sonny’s family.
Of course, she will feel bad for keeping Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) father from him. And she does love Sonny like family. However, Nina may convince BLQ that Sonny is better off as Mike. After all, he is much happier. Plus, BLQ’s secret is just as huge.
So, Nina could reason with Brook Lynn and promise that she will keep Bailey’s identity a secret if BLQ promises to keep her secret in return. Now, it makes that she knows BLQ’s secret. This way, she has something to hold over Brook Lynn.
Of course, some fans may see this as a betrayal of Sonny and never look at BLQ the same way again. But, in the end, she will likely do whatever it takes to secure her baby lie, say General Hospital predictions.
GH Predictions: Nina & BLQ Going Down
General Hospital spoilers know Brook Lynn Quartermaine will be exposed eventually. And Nina Reeves’ giant secret will come out as well – it’s only a matter of time. But, of course, they’ll keep the lies going if they can. When the truth surfaces they will both likely become town pariahs.
Few people will be in their corners. However, BLQ may come out of this with a new friend in Maxie. So, at least the three of them will have each other. And Sonny may stick by Nina’s side as well.
But, for now, they could very well team up and drag the secrets out longer. So, Brook Lynn Quartermaine could work with Nina Reeves to keep both of their secrets intact for as long as possible on the ABC soap opera.
