‘General Hospital’: Nikolas Arrested for Ava Attack?

General Hospital’s Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is looking more guilty by the minute. And he’s quickly becoming the number one suspect in his wife’s brutal attack on GH. So, will Nik take the fall for Ava Jerome‘s (Maura West) attack while the real culprit runs free on the ABC sudser?

Ava Jerome Clinging to Life on General Hospital

Currently, Ava is at GH fighting for her life after the vicious attack on her at the Quartermaine boathouse. She would have bled out on the Q property if it wasn’t for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

Thanks to Dex’s military background, he was able to think quickly on his feet. And he and Joss saved Ava’s life. Now, she’s in surgery at General Hospital — but she may not make it.

Soon, PCPD top-cop Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) heads to the hospital, where she finds Nikolas. Indeed, Jordan has questions for Nik, but he resists.

Of course, the lady commish wants to know why Nikolas Cassadine won’t help find Ava’s attacker. And it makes him look highly guilty on GH.

Nikolas Cassadine in the Hot Seat on GH

Nikolas Cassadine appears to be a prime suspect in Ava’s attack on General Hospital. He won’t work with Jordan and answer her questions. So, of course, Nik’s behavior makes him seem guilty. Most likely, Nikolas did not attack Ava.

But, he may fear one of his family members is to blame. His son, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), was wasted, and he hates Ava. Plus, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) sees her as a threat.

And Vic would quickly kill her for the sake of his family. So, Nikolas may be hesitant to open up to Jordan so he can protect his family – especially Spencer. Nik’s son can’t remember anything because he was so drunk.

And he starts to doubt himself soon and wonder if he did attack his stepmother, promise General Hospital spoilers. Meanwhile, the more Nik fights Jordan, the worse it looks for him.

If Nikolas doesn’t cooperate, the cops may drag him down to the station. And if Spencer can’t say for sure that he’s innocent, Nikolas may stay quiet to protect him. The teen is already on his way to Pentonville.

And Nikolas Cassadine doesn’t want to see his son do hard time in prison for attempted murder or murder. But, if Nik takes the fall, the real villain will still be out there somewhere.

Psycho Running Amok on General Hospital

While the cops grill everyone at the Q picnic, the vicious psycho who hooked Ava is still on the loose. Indeed, Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) violent cousin Mason (Nathanyael Grey) looks like the main suspect.

He wanted to make sure Ava didn’t blab about his scuffle with Austin, recall General Hospital recaps. However, someone else might’ve gotten to Ava before Mason could.

Of course, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is likely alive and lurking somewhere. If so, the teen she-villain will want revenge on Ava for tossing her off the parapet.

And she’s crazy enough to attack Ava with a hook. But there is also a chance that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is the attacker on General Hospital.

He might want to make Ava pay for throwing his daughter off the turret. While Nik is acting awful lately, it’s doubtful that he tried to kill his wife. So, if Nikolas takes the rap, the attacker might strike again on GH.
