Sasha Gilmore & Cody Bell’s Slow Burn on General Hospital
For a while on GH, Sasha Gilmore has been fond of Cody Bell. After all, he went to great lengths to get her out of Ferncliff Asylum and away from the evil Dr. Damon Montague. After that, they developed a friendship that eventually turned into an attraction.
Of course, Cody got there before Sasha did — he was smitten with her for quite some time. But once they started working together at Deception, Sasha developed feelings for him also. Of course, it was difficult for Sasha to accept.
She hasn’t been with anyone since losing her husband, Brando Corbin on General Hospital. Even though she will always love her late husband, it looks like she’s finally ready to move on and let love into her life again.

Currently, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is growing closer to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) by the day. After admitting how she felt about him, she was upfront and honest. She told him she wasn’t ready to fully let go of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and begin a new relationship.
Indeed, Sasha feels that she’s not being loyal to Brando if she allows herself to love again on General Hospital. Of course, that is not what Brando would want for her. He would want her to be happy and find love with someone who deserves her.
Slowly but surely, Sasha is letting herself feel for Cody. And now they’re closer than ever because they’re both living at the Quartermaine mansion. He works in the stables, and she is the new Q chef. Recently, she couldn’t help herself and she planted a kiss on Cody.
So, it certainly looks like we are getting closer to the two of them becoming a couple. No doubt, everyone seems to be on board and Cody would surely be good to her. After everything Sasha’s been through over the last few years, she deserves a long break from the heartache so she can be happy.
