‘General Hospital’ LEAK: Carly Corinthos Remarries to Protect Family – Mob Marriage of Convenience
General Hospital spoilers say Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is desperate to protect what’s left of her family and a leaker says she’ll soon remarry for that reason. With Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) still “dead” it seems like her best option to keep everyone safe from the growing threat of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) on GH.
General Hospital LEAK: Carly Corinthos Alone & Desperate
On GH right now, Carly Corinthos is struggling with her husband assumed dead and her best friend, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), in police custody, stabbed, and at General Hospital. Now, Carly’s cooked up a plan to break him out of there, but it seems that the scheme goes awry.
Next week’s General Hospital spoilers bring chaos to the medical facility as shots ring out, Jason goes missing, and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) does too. It seems like Jason takes off with Britt, but Carly Corinthos might not know where they’ve gone. And Carly might be out of contact with him.
Then, General Hospital spoilers predict Cyrus Renault wants answers from Carly Corinthos. Plus, the meeting of the five families looms. Also, there’s a new character coming that could be another powerful mobster. The GH leak says Carly says “I do” to protect her family, but who’s her rumored new groom?
GH Rumor: Mob Wife Again – Who’s the New Husband?
Viewers of General Hospital know that Carly Corinthos will go to extremes to protect those she loves. After all, she kidnapped Cyrus’ elderly mother – and now she engineered an incident at GH to break Jason out of custody. Plus, Carly walked down the aisle for reasons other than love in the past.
Remember back in 2007 on General Hospital when Carly married Sonny, even though she loved Jax (Ingo Rademacher). That was so she could avoid testifying in court. Later, she divorced the mob guy and married Jax. So, this wouldn’t be the first time Carly Corinthos entered a marriage to avoid an undesirable outcome.
Plus, this would be her third mob union. She’s been married to cartel head Sonny, arms dealer Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King), and now, maybe, one of the heads of the other four of the 5 mob families. So, if this General Hospital leak proves accurate, the big question is this – who will Carly wed?
The worst case would be if she takes Cyrus’ hand in marriage to keep the peace. But, there’s a new character coming to General Hospital, named Vincent Novak. He’ll be the head of the Novak crime family, introduced in past big mob gatherings. Who plays him? The answer’s intriguing.
General Hospital: Always the Bride – Will Carly Marry Roger Howarth’s New Character?
GH spoilers promise two actors popping up that could play the new mobster – who may be Carly Corinthos’ next husband. Recall, Cameron Mathison’s slated to hit the General Hospital scene. However, new info says he won’t show up until the end of June. But Roger Howarth’s new character is due in May – when the mob conclave occurs.
Remember back when Carly dated (and nearly married) Franco, there was amazing chemistry with Wright and Howarth on General Hospital. So, it would certainly be fun to pair his new character with Carly Corinthos. So, perhaps Howarth’s new role is Novak – and he’s the one she’ll wed to gain protection for her family and stop Cyrus.
On General Hospital, back in 2014, Franco ruined his wedding to Carly at the altar by revealing her cheating. So, it would be crazy to see Howarth’s character finally make it down the aisle with her. Plus, this GH leak of a quickie wedding follows Carly’s pattern of behavior. Let’s watch to see if Carly Corinthos walks down the aisle with another mob man.
