‘General Hospital’: Brook Lynn Fights for Chase – ‘ChaLynn’ Stands a Chance?
General Hospital hot mess Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Harrison Chase are done. After she lied, he called it quits. However, BLQ won’t give up. And there may be hope for “ChaLynn” yet on the ABC daytime drama.
General Hospital: Harrison Chase is Done with BLQ
Recently on GH, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) ended his brand-new romance with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Indeed, fans were ecstatic when Chase and firecracker Brook Lynn finally got together.
It took far too long for them to admit their feelings to each other. And just as “ChaLynn” fans got their wish, BLQ made a bad move. Brook Lynn knows that being a cop is everything to Chase. And she might’ve cost him his career.
General Hospital viewers know that Brook Lynn Quartermaine had the chance to help him get back on the police force. All she had to do was write a letter on his behalf. Indeed, BLQ wants him to be happy.
But she thought if he went back to the PCPD, it would somehow ruin things between them. Of course, she ruined things anyway. She kept him in the dark and didn’t write a letter until it was too late. Her letter helped Chase’s case.
There’s still hope that he could get his job back. But he can’t forget what BLQ did and can’t trust her. So, he made it perfectly clear that they were over. And Brook Lynn Quartermaine is devasted on General Hospital.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine Won’t Give Up on GH
Recently, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) helped Brook Lynn realize that she’s in love with Harrison Chase. Maxie also helped her friend realize that she needs to fight for him — not let him go.
Her first instinct is to give him what he wants and keep things strictly professional. But that’s not her style. Brook Lynn is a fighter and doesn’t quit when something is worth fighting for.
Clearly, Chase is worth it. So, Maxie lit a fire under BLQ, and now she’s ready to fight. Soon, she devises a plan to win him back and start the new year off right.
Can ChaLynn Bounce Back on General Hospital?
BLQ fans know that nothing can stop her when she puts her mind to something. So soon, she’s on a mission to get her man back. Currently, Chase isn’t ready to forgive Brook Lynn, but if anyone can wear him down, it’s BLQ.
Most likely, he loves her as much as she loves him — but he’s hurt. However, Brook Lynn will devise a way to prove he can trust her again. Even his dad, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), thinks she deserves another chance.
So, she may pull out the big guns and turn to Chase’s family for help. Surely, he just needs some time to cool down. And he’ll see that they belong together, especially if he gets his badge back. No doubt that will soften him up.
Then, he might be more receptive toward BLQ. Hopefully, they can find their way back to each other. If not, fans will be crushed that GH put them together just to quickly tear them apart.
So, be sure to watch the ABC sudser every day to see if Brook Lynn Quartermaine can finally convince Harrison Chase to give her another chance.
