‘General Hospital’: Brook Lynn and Chase Finally Fall For Each Other?
General Hospital spoilers hint Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) finally fall for each other after months of building up these two. Fans have been hoping for this couple and it looks like it just may happen soon.
General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn Has Gotten Herself in a Mess
Harrison Chase figured out Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s secret on GH. He put the puzzle together after he spoke to Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman). He realized that Bailey Q (Odell-Diaz twins) is actually Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) missing daughter, Louise. Bobbie helped fill in the missing pieces — unaware that she was giving away something crucial on General Hospital.

At the same time, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) was at General Hospital blabbing to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Gladys found out Val was not Bailey’s father and was eager to tell him. Brook Lynn Quartermaine interrupted and told Valentin a semi-truth. He was understandably devastated and furious. BLQ seemed legitimately shame-faced but did not reveal the baby is really Louise.
Harrison Chase knew that he had to keep Louise’s identity a secret so that General Hospital super-villain Peter August (Wes Ramsey) could not get to her. So, the PCPD cop’s solution was to claim that he is the baby’s real father, which is not true. Chase shocked her with this revelation. And Harrison Chase’s indignant faux anger fooled the Cassadine on GH.
Will Shared Lie Bring Brook Lynn to Spark with Chase on GH?
Brook Lynn Quartermaine had a rocky start with Harrison Chase on General Hospital. He arrested Brook Lynn multiple times, which did not sit well with the Q princess. But BLQ softened towards the detective when she found out he sacrificed his happiness for Wiley Corinthos (Caleb and Kyler Ends). She realized Chase was a good guy. He then let her move in with him to get out of the Q mansion.
At the time, Brook Lynn became the best of friends with Chase and they are always there for each other. Brook Lynn recently helped him through his heartbreak over Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) lying to him about Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). And Chase is the voice of reason for BLQ whenever she comes up with a crazy scheme.

Many General Hospital fans hope BLQ’s relationship with Chase turns romantic. Harrison Chase came to the rescue by offering himself as the baby-daddy. He cares for Brook Lynn and is willing to help keep the secret. They’ll get closer pretending to be Bailey’s parents. There’s been a spark between them from the start. Could Harrison Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine make a great couple?
Where Does This Leave Valentin on General Hospital?
Valentin is crushed over losing the daughter he thought they had. He is also heartbroken for his 12-year-old daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) because she believed she had a baby sister. He’ll have a hard time recovering and may never forgive BLQ, even when he finds out the truth. If BLQ told him from the start, he would have protected Maxie’s daughter.
Valentin is in love with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and will turn to her for support. The super spy cares for him as well. She was by his side at General Hospital after he was shot. This may bring them closer, but you can bet he’ll be intent on making Brook Lynn pay. Although Harrison Chase may try and stop the vengeful Cassasdine from coming for her on GH.
Neither Brook Lynn nor Chase want Val’s hurt feelings to continue but the baby’s safety is most important. Since the WSB finally caught Peter, maybe Maxie can claim Louise. Then, Brook Lynn Quartermaine might get a happy ending with Chase. Although Valentin can be ruthless and may work to ensure she pays for hurting him and Charlotte so terribly on General Hospital on ABC daytime.
