General Hospital newcomer Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) may soon become Brad Cooper‘s (Parry Shen) new man. No doubt, the sketchy former GH lab tech needs a new romance. And a shady new mob couple may be on the rise on the ABC sudser.
General Hospital: Brad Cooper Needs New Love Interest
GH’s ex-jailbird Brad Cooper is building a new life since his release from Pentonville. He served his time for stealing Wiley Corinthos (now Viron Weaver) from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Now, he’s starting over. His first impulse was to go back to General Hospital. But, of course, with his criminal background, it’s not easy. But now, Bradley is working for his gangster aunt, Selina Wu (Lydia Look). And he is settling in nicely.
While he was hesitant at first, Brad now wants to move up in his aunt’s organization. The only downfall is that Brad is still making shady choices instead of changing his ways and becoming a better man.
He poisoned Peter August (Wes Ramsey) on Selina’s orders, recall General Hospital recaps. And now, he’s her personal lackey. However, he seems to be embracing the mob biz.
Plus, he’s ready to move on from his ex-husband Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau). And he’s looking for a hot guy to help him forget about Lucas. That’s where Dex comes in…
Dex Sticking Around to Take Sonny Down on GH
Currently, on General Hospital, newbie Dex is on a mission to take down kingpin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). He came onto the scene when he was working at Volonino’s Gym. He was covering for Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) while he was out of town.
But, later, Dex pushed Sonny hard for a job. While the mobster thinks the new guy works for him, he secretly works for Michael. Dex’s job is to help Mikey destroy Sonny’s biz from the inside. Clearly, the newbie is no boy scout, and he might be the perfect match for Brad Cooper.
Shady New Couple Emerges on General Hospital
Indeed, both Dex and ex-con Brad are both shady characters, and they could be a perfect match. They are both mob lackeys and both enemies of Sonny — even though the mob boss thinks Dex is loyal to him.
Plus, it doesn’t hurt that he is good-looking, and he’ll likely turn Brad’s head, tease General Hospital spoilers. Perhaps, the ex-lab manager may even help Dex in his plot to dismantle the legacy mobster.
It doesn’t look like Brad will try to walk straight and narrow. Instead, he may get in deep with the mob world, especially if the Godfather of Port Charles gets knocked out of his position as top dog.
