Does Brooke Logan Deserve to Lose Ridge Forrester on Bold and the Beautiful?
Fans of the CBS soap are generally in two camps. Those that love Brooke Logan and those that don’t and think she should lose Ridge Forrester. There are many fans who don’t want him with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) either — and want them free of them both on B&B.
This week, though, Brooke’s really being harsh about her stepson, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). She told both Ridge and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that Thomas was being “scary” with a “sharp knife”. The man was cutting an apple for gosh sakes…
On The Bold and the Beautiful, her stepson said some harsh things. But no worse than anything she’s said about him. For a woman who helped raise Thomas, Brooke simply refuses to give him the benefit of the doubt or show him any kindness at all. It’s pretty toxic…
Ridge’s Wife Enrages Him with Child Protective Services Threat on B&B
Then, as Brooke Logan ranted to Ridge Forrester, she went too far in his eyes. She went on and on about how Thomas shouldn’t be alone with his son, Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri). She said he’s dangerous and more. Of course, he pressed her to be kinder about his son.
But she won’t. And then, on Bold and the Beautiful, she said she’d call CPS (child protective services) on Thomas if she needs to. And that really set off Ridge. He pushed back hard on his wife. Now, Ridge Forrester’s stunned and angry that his wife would do that to his son.
Plus, Hope’s annoyed that her mom even went to the Forrester mansion to butt into the custody situation against her daughter’s wishes. Now, when CPS shows up later this week at the mansion, her husband logically assumes Brooke made the call on the CBS soap opera.

After Ridge left Brooke and came to work, he talked to Thomas. And Ridge told his son about the CPS threat made by his wife. These are important plot points. first, Ridge is poised to assume that his wife made the call. And that’s because she said she would…
Second, Thomas knows she made the threat. Remember on Bold and the Beautiful, when Douglas was playing with the voice-mimicking app? It’s safe to assume that someone sounding like Brooke soon calls CPS. And that’s why they show up.
Later, an upset granddad uses his influence to get the recording of the call. And Ridge hears his wife’s voice — even though she’ll soon deny making the call. So, all this adds up to someone setting up Brooke. Given the father-son chat today, it looks like it’ll be Thomas that does it. But it could be his sister…
Given how badly Brooke Logan wants to keep Douglas away from his father, does she deserve a little karma? If not for her trying to keep Ridge Forrester’s grandson away from that side of the family, none of this would be happening. So, what do you think? Does she have karma coming her way or not?
