DOOL’s early weekly spoilers hint that Xander Cook and his bride Sarah Horton are going through a rough patch. In fact, Xander’s career challenges could lead to splitsville for the newlyweds.

Of course, Sarah wants the best for her husband. But his latest decision could not only land them in divorce court, but he could go to prison as well.

Recently on Days of our Lives, Xander asked his best buddy Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) for a job at the Spectator.

However, the newspaperman thought working with his ex could be disastrous. And EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) refused to hire his former caregiver. Xander Cook is in between a rock and a hard place.

And his Uncle Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston doesn’t want him to work for Titan Industries. Plus, DOOL recaps show Xander and Sarah moving out of the mansion into a cheap, cockroach-ridden motel.

Of course, Sarah’s mom, Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers), writes her a check to help the couple out. Sarah Horton is still on a probationary period with the hospital.

However, he promises to do his best. Will he lose his job based on his past? Further, DOOL updates report the hustler has a lot on his mind.

He doesn’t have many friends. And he goes back and forth with his BFF, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Not to mention, he no longer has a love life to speak of.
