DOOL week ahead updates reveal Jennifer Horton is leaving Salem. First, she’s hooked on pain pills again. Jennifer tried masking her grief with the prescription drugs. However, now her husband, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), knows she fell off the wagon.
Further, Jennifer drove under the influence recently on Days of our Lives. She wanted to go to the police station to get more info about her daughter’s killer. She vowed to make everybody pay whoever even thought to harm her sweet Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller).
However, Jennifer most likely hit her stepdaughter Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) with her car and drove off. In addition, when she confesses to Jack she went on a drug-fueled drive, he realizes Jennifer could be responsible for Gwen’s injuries on DOOL.
Next week on Days of our Lives, Jennifer’s brother Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow) arrives in town. He may be there to help his sister Jennifer Horton.

Additionally, the widower said a final goodbye to Abigail. The angelic figure encouraged her husband to keep his head up for their two kids. And Abby’s spirit told her husband that she wanted him to find love again someday on DOOL. He may move on sooner than later.
