‘Days of Our Lives’ Week Ahead Spoilers: Lucas Horton Struggles with His Sobriety

Days of Our Lives spoilers share that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) struggles with his sobriety the week of June 28 – July 2. Plus, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) soon dreams of his wife Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). Not to mention, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) make plans. Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Will Lucas Horton Hit the Bottle Again?

Spoilers indicate lovesick Lucas Horton battles with his alcohol addiction next week on DOOL. Lucas only wants to be with his ex Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). Lucas cannot get their affair off his mind. Even though EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) wants to woo his wife back in his good graces, Sami dreams of being with Lucas as well.

However, Sami returns to EJ’s side without batting an eye on Days of Our Lives, She’s falling for Lucas Horton again but fears the wrath of EJ. They know he is going to be furious. Nobody scorns a DiMera and gets away with it. EJ can be as cold and calculating as he is charming. Lucas wants her back, but it might take a battle on DOOL.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Sami learns EJ is in contact with escapee sister Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Of course, this causes Sami to worry. After all, Kristen saw Lucas sneak out the night they first made love. Next week, Kristen writes EJ a note. Is the letter about the tryst with Lucas? Or a vote of confidence for EJ as CEO of the family business?

The whole situation on Days of Our Lives stresses out Lucas Horton. Now that he’s living in the room above the Pub, Lucas is so much closer to boozy temptation. He worked hard on his sobriety up until now. But, Lucas relapsed in the past. Sami helped Lucas sober up after his last bender. But now, she’s the source of Lucas’s turmoil. Will the stress prove to be too much for Lucas Horton?

Ben Weston Dreams of His Estranged Wife on DOOL

The week ahead updates tells us it’s another supernatural dream for Ben Weston. For awhile, Ben had a psychic link with Ciara. This is how Ben found Ciara when she was presumed dead on Days of Our Lives. But, his dreams were shattered by her selective amnesia. She only remembered him as the Necktie Killer and left Salem with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson).

DOOL comings and goings spill that Ciara and Theo both come back to Days of our Lives next week. First, Ben dreams about his beautiful wife. Then, he finds her waiting for him back at his place and can’t believe his eyes. He takes this as his last chance to reunite with his estranged wife. Ben is not going to give up that easily on her. In fact, he torched the divorce documents she sent to him.

Even so, the road to reconciliation may not be so easy for Ben and Ciara. She cannot remember the love she had for Ben. Plus, Ciara refused to push hypnotism any further or take the serum to help job her faulty memory on Days of Our Lives. What more can Ben do to get her to recall the magic they share? She just wants those divorce papers finalizes it seems.

Days of Our Lives: Eli Grant & Chanel Dupree Make Secret Plans

Eli Grant and roomie Chanel Dupree make a sneaky scheme, per DOOL spoilers. But, it’s not what you think. It’s anniversary time for Eli and wife Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Eli wants to surprise his beautiful wife and mother of his children with a big family shindig for the event.

On the downside, Lani may think the worst if she walks in on them quietly sharing party ideas. She does know Chanel eyed her naked hubby a couple of times. The writers could have Lani believe the two are getting closer and cause a little bit of strife before the big day arrives for the couple. On the other hand, Days of Our LIves updates spill Lani hears Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) real plans for Horton Square.

Lani may have too much on her mind to notice anything secretive taking place between Eli and her cousin Chanel. Paulina plans to get rid of the marketplace feel and build a monstrosity of a  building in the heart of Salem. Doing so would also destroy Chanel’s dream bakery into becoming a reality on the NBC daytime drama.

Dead Body Alert – A New Whodunnit for Cops on Days of Our Lives

A dead body surfaces in the lake near Salem next week. We know Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) didn’t call the cops – nor did Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Drug-dealing Dr. Snyder (Michael Lowry) died after a confrontation with Xandy went wrong. Of course, they bond over the situation and work as a team to keep the the doctor’s death hush-hush.

They know their shady criminal pasts would work against them had they called 9-1-1. So, they need to put his body somewhere. Most likely Snyder is the corpse found by a gang of friends out for a good time at the lake. Spoilers say Tripp Dalton Johnson (Lucas Adams), Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), Ben, and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) are creeped out by the discovery.

Detective Eli informs them it looks like foul play. It’s a murder mystery for the SPD although viewers know who did it. How will Xander manage to keep Gwen calm during the investigation? It could drive them even closer together. Plus, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will definitely want to cover the huge story for his newspaper, the Spectator. Will he find out his daughter Gwen is involved?

DiMera Brothers Clash on DOOL

EJ needs a majority of votes to oust his brother Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash). Next week on Days of Our Lives, Jake bargains with board member Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) for her loyalty. But, Kate goes against him. Plus, spoilers hint at a victory for Kate Roberts. She loves to watch Jake squirm. In the end, he loses the boss chair.

Then, EJ and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) clash in the week ahead. Chad originally sided with EJ but may have a change of heart. This whole ordeal really pits brother against brother. Chad tried hard to maintain a changed image of the family business – staying away from the shady dealings of his late father Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo).

Spoilers have spilled EJ is as cutthroat as ever. Chad may just not like his attitude. But ultimately, Kate is the tie-breaker vote in this take-over. So, on Days of Our Lives, it appears with Jake thrust aside, Chad makes a move to take back his old position as he faces off against his big brothers. Who will be the winners when all the chips fall?

Love Triangles, Torn Feelings, Secrets Spilled Ahead on Days of our Lives

Spoilers spill that Philip Kirakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) conflicts with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer). He thinks he is the best man for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) no matter what anyone says. Next, a confused Chloe confides in her gal pal Belle Black (Martha Madison). Belle knows Choe’s history with both men.

She advises the songstress to give things a real try with Philip and she does. Ahead on Days of Our Lives, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) confides in fellow cop Eli about Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and dreams of kissing Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Nicole may have feelings for Rafe as well. But, right now she is worried about cheating on her husband.

Finally, next week spoilers suggest many secrets come to light on Days of Our Lives. There are so many people that could be exposed. We are promised an explosive summer on NBC’s daytime drama. Can Lucas Horton maintain his sobriety and keep his own mouth shut about his affair with his ex? This could be one of the secrets coming out soon.
