Everyone soon knows Jack and Kate shared a bed while Jennifer lay comatose in the hospital. However, it’s possible this was not the first time Jack was bed buddies with Kate. If these two unlikely lovers got intimate decades ago, that liaison might have created Gwen Rizczeech, tease Days of our Lives spoilers.
It’s plausible that Kate had Jack’s baby years ago, and a British family adopted and raised her. Now Kate’s daughter could be living just a few doors down under the same roof as both her and Jack. So, could Kate be Gwen Rizczech’s bio-mom on Days of our Lives?
Gwen Rizczech Might be Jennifer Horton’s Secret Sister on DOOL
In the mid-1990s, Jack and Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) sought psychiatric treatment at The Meadows. as longtime Days of our Lives watchers know. The two used fake names at the institute. So, their real identities were unknown to each other. Plus, Jack never met his mother-in-law before that.
That means he didn’t know when he started an affair with “Monica” that it was his wife’s mother. Over the years, Laura has been in and out of mental institutions in Days of our Lives history. She was highly medicated and unaware of her surroundings. So, after her tryst with her son-in-law, perhaps she had his love child.
If so, Laura might have been unaware she was pregnant and had no memory of handing over her child while institutionalized. If this is the case, then Gwen Rizczech could turn out to be both Jennifer’s sister and Abby’s sister too. That would certainly explain why Gwen is out to destroy the Deveraux family.
Days of our Lives: Maggie Horton Has Another Granddaughter?
Jennifer’s not the first Horton that Jack dated on Days of our Lives. In fact, he was engaged to Jennifer’s cousin, Melissa Horton (Lisa Trusel). She’s Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) and Mickey Horton’s (John Clark) adopted daughter. Back then, Melissa stood by Jack when his marital rape of Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) threatened his political career.
However, Jack was only with Melissa to increase his odds in the election, back on Days of our Lives. So, Melissa called off her wedding to Jack and left town. Next, she disappeared from Salem for several years. That’s enough time to conceal a pregnancy and give birth. Perhaps she spent time in England and gave her child up for adoption there.
That would make Gwen Rizczech one of Maggie’s granddaughters on Days of our Lives. Spoilers know that means Gwen is a cousin to Jennifer and Abby. And Gwen would still be Abby’s half-sister. Certainly, it’s a viable option. And there’s one more option to consider once the truth spills out at the party.
Gwen Rizczech’s mother could be a random British woman that Jack slept with during the many times he was away from Salem – and out of Jennifer’s life. However, revealing that Gwen’s mom is tied to a prominent Salem family on the NBC soap certainly would be a great twist.
