Days of our Lives Spoilers: Shawn Brady Found Boozing on the Clock
DOOL weekly spoilers report that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) can’t lay off the bottle even at work. He hits the sauce hard after putting his dad in a coma. However, he didn’t know that Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) wasn’t going to kill Hope Brady (Kristian Alfons0).
Further, since the cop has been home from Greece, he continues to drown his guilty conscious, even though no one blames him for the shooting.
Plus, Days of our Lives recaps show the detective’s wife, Belle Black (Martha Madison), feeling concerned about his drinking problem. She even admitted to pouring out his precious liquor to keep him from day drinking.
However, Shawn Brady continues his relationship with alcohol. Days of our Lives spoilers point to trouble ahead. Last week, Belle blasted her hubby for having a beer with his lunch while on duty. But he balks at his wife and downs the cold one. Further, it appears he takes one for the road as well.
This week on DOOL, DA Trask (Tina Huang) sees her co-worker and his telltale brown bagged beer. To make matters worse, he’s on the clock.
The pariah doesn’t hesitate to report Shawn to his boss. She wants him canned. But top cop Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) goes easy-ish on Shawn. However, that could backfire when the cop gets sassy with the commissioner.
DOOL Spoilers: Shawn Suspended – Rafe on the Chopping Block Too?
Days of our Lives spoilers reveal that while Melinda Trask wants Shawn fired for breaking the rules, Rafe tries to help the troubled officer. After all, his buddy hurts and needs understanding and support. Further, he may try to get his employee the help he needs. It could be a condition to return to the force.

However, the latest DOOL preview trailer shows the alcoholic blasting Rafe for sleeping with their co-worker, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).
Not long ago, the two succumbed to their feelings and slept together. It was consensual and done in private time. But Rafe and Jada knew that consummating their love was against policy. Bosses aren’t allowed to date their subordinates.
So while Shawn Brady fights Rafe Hernandez on his suspension, he blurts out Rafe and Jada’s fling. And, of course, Trask hears the angered detective. Does this news cause Rafe to lose his position at the Salem PD? Find out later this week on the Peacock exclusive.
Detective Continues Downward Spiral – Days Spoilers
Days of our Lives spoilers indicate Shawn’s troubles are far from over. In fact, he may not have hit rock bottom yet. He could still lose his wife if he can’t stop drinking. And many fans think that’s where his addiction is heading. As a matter of fact, she has cheated on him before during times of marital strain.
A lot of viewers are already sick of the storyline. However, DOOL writers try to keep it real with this arch. And it could be how to bring Bo and Hope back to Salem for a while. But Shawn Brady could lose it all before that happens on the Peacock sudser. We will have to watch and find out.
