‘Days of our Lives’ Recap: Harris Michaels Shock Therapy Causes Collapse – March 23, 2023
In this Days of Our Lives recap, things get intense for Harris Michaels. There’s dramatic new scenes for Steve Burton the Peacock soap on March 23, 2023. He undergoes shock therapy to recover key info about Megan Hathaway but will it cost him his life on DOOL?
Days of our Lives Recap: Bo Brady Conjures up His Past
While snooping around the lab, Bo Brady can’t help but notice the beautiful orchid. He remembers a conversation he had with Kate Roberts about who he really is.
Then, memories flood his mind, and he rubs a head scar as he recalls her saying that Bo didn’t follow orders. And particularly not from Megan Hathway on Days of Our Lives.
A gunshot causes Bo to wince in pain and then rifling a desk, he finds a file in a drawer and sees notes about his folks, Caroline Brady and Victor Kiriakis. Next, Bo remembers Victor expressing his pride in his son.
As Bo continues to read, his mind wanders to his soulmate, Hope Williams. He thinks about their passionate kisses and wanting a future with her. But Hope pushed back and says they can’t, leaving him heartbroken.
More flashbacks to the past as Megan creeps up with a syringe to surprise him in the lab on Days of Our Lives. Will he get the best of her or vice-versa?
Dr. Rolf, Megan & Skippy the Lab Rat on DOOL Thursday March 23, 2023
Things heat up in the lab with Dr. Rolf and his trusty test subject, Skippy the rat. He’s keeping a close eye on Marlena Evans and Dr. Kayla Brady, fast asleep in cryo-chamber. The youth serum’s almost ready for a human test.
Then, Megan storms into the lab, upset that Bo’s giving her the silent treatment after shooting Kate (although it’s certain he did not do that dirty deed).
Megan takes her anger out on Rolf and demands he makes the guy devoted to her. But he says he can’t change someone’s basic nature. On Days of Our Lives, she thinks about controlling Harris Michaels against his will, though…
But the wicked doc reminds her that Harris didn’t shoot Hope as she demanded. And that sends her into a tizzy fit. She gets worse then Rolf flatters Hope as the total package. So, Megan grabs a syringe and takes off.
Harris Michaels Shocked into Memory Recall on Days of our Lives
On Days of Our Lives, Harris Michaels is still struggling to remember what happened when Megan snatched him. Hope is by Harris’ side, urging him to stay calm as they’re at ISA HQ in Maryland.
Enter Dr. Frankel, played by the brilliant Helen Day. And Dr. Donovan thinks ECT might erase Harris’ brainwashing. Although there are risks involved, Harris agrees to undergo the procedure in hopes of unlocking his memories in the Days of Our Lives recap.

As the ECT begins, Harris Michaels suddenly remembers a map and the name Dr. Rolf. The procedure is halted, and Harris excitedly exclaims, “I remember!”
With newfound clarity, Harris recalls being in a lab with a ponytailed man. Although Harris cannot recall Rolf’s name, he remembers a cylindrical chamber holding someone.
Hope presses for more information and Harris Michaels tells her about a nautical map. He makes notes of everything that he can recall to try and help her on Days of Our Lives.
Chad DiMera Worries About Upsetting His Kids with Split on Peacock Soap
Next on Days of Our Lives, Chad DiMera hangs with Abe Carver at the Pub and talk about their kids. Chad’s been playing chess online with Theo Carver and keeps losing.
The two dads then bond over how quickly kids grow up. Theo was the same age as Thomas when his mom Lexie Carer passed away. Then, they talk about relationships and dating after losing a spouse.
Chad’s worried about how his children would react if he and Stephanie Johnson break up. But Abe says not to think that way. Next, Steve Johnson comes in looking for Roman Brady. And Hope calls Patch with an update on finding the hidden lab.
On Days of Our Lives, Chad only wants to see his half-sister Megan if she’s cuffed by the cops. Abe thinks Steve is obsessed but the one-eyed man says it’s all he can think about after losing Kayla.
Did Sloan Petersen Snap & Trash Paulina’s Office on Days of our Lives?
Stephanie and Paulina Price find the office broken into and trashed, although the door was still locked. Ms. Price is certain it’s the work of sketchy Sloan Petersen. Shawn Brady shows up to check out the crime scene.
Steph’s not so sure it was the loony lawyer that did it. She wants Sloan arrested now. In the closing scene, we see Steve Burton’s character Harris collapse after the stress of what he’s been through on DOOL.
