When Kayla delivers baby news to Steven Johnson (Stephen Nichols), her husband’s floored. It could be that Kayla tells him that Dr. Rolf (William Utay) succeeded with his plan to impregnate her with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) cloned offspring.
Of course, given that the Days of our Lives spoiler for this baby news hits on April 1, it sounds like another piece of preposterous fake drama from writer Ron Carlivati. No doubt, this episode is a one-off for DOOL like they do on special days. So, everything that happens is for fun – and not part of the storylines.
#2 John Black on Death Row – Sami Brady Cheers His Doom – DOOL Spoilers
More Days of our Lives spoilers for April Fool’s involve John Black and his stepdaughter, Sami Brady. First, it looks like John winds up in the chair, awaiting lethal injection with Sami set to administer it. Meanwhile, John’s daughter, Belle Black (Martha Madison) is there too, and truly upset with Sami.
So, in Days of our Lives spoilers for the day of funny stuff, John could be accused of killing Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), and Sami Brady’s happy about it. Of course, John’s not really in that chair and Sami’s not cheering the death. It’ll likely be either Sami’s dream – or John’s. Or it might be Belle’s worst nightmare about Sami Brady and John Black.
#3 Philip Gets a Date (and then Gets Lucky) on Days of our Lives
Spoilers indicate Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) takes Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) on a date. Later, things get hot and heavy in their evening together. Then, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) walk in on the two canoodling in an intense way. Is this an accident or something Gabi sets up on purpose to provoke them?
Later, in Days of our Lives spoilers, Philip seems to wind up in the sack with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). That could come after she confesses her feelings to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and gets rebuffed. But things could change after he drops in on his sweetie in prison, since she’s not there – it’s her doppelganger instead on DOOL.

Days of our Lives spoilers push Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) to his wit’s end. He refuses Jake’s suggestion that he slip Ciara (Victoria Konefal) a dose of Dr. Rolf’s serum. Instead, he wants to woo Ciara into recovering her memories. When that fails miserably, Ben’s increasingly desperate on the NBC soap opera.
So, in Days of our Lives spoilers, Ben goes to his shrink, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to ask her to help his wife get back her memories. But it looks like Ciara’s more interested in Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) than her husband. She thinks she and Theo are still a duo and Ben’s a murderous psycho. Awkward…
#5 Xander Cook Hits Rock Bottom on Days of our Lives
Spoilers explain Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is wrecked that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) “dumped” him. Of course, she’s stuck in a steamer trunk and likely on her way to a desert island to live in exile thanks to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
