‘Days of Our Lives’: Devilish Doug & Marlena Wreak Havoc – Who Lives, Who Dies?
Days of Our Lives this week sees Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) stun Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) when she sees the devil’s inside him – and infects her too. It’s a blast from the devilish past that terrorizes the streets of Salem this Fall. The big question is whether lives will be lost – and whose – before John Black (Drake Hogestyn) pops his collar backs on and chases Satan out of his wife Doc on DOOL.
Days of Our Lives This Week: Doug Williams’ Devilish Deeds Worsen
DOOL this week spoilers suggest Doug Williams quickly deteriorates. Recent episodes show Dr. Kayla Brady‘s (Mary Beth Evans) tests come up inconclusive. So, she sent Doug to see Dr. Marlena Evans who can help nail down a dementia diagnosis. She wasn’t sure but when her hubby got a handful of Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), it was off to the shrink they went.
Days of Our Lives last week showed Doug wasn’t himself in Doc’s office. In fact, his eyes changed color and his voice deepened as the demon revealed itself. “Doug” showed no remorse for locking his wife in the freezer. In fact, he enjoyed every minute of it and said he’d do it to that “b**tch” again. Of course, Marlena’s shocked. She can’t believe what she is seeing and hearing coming from the patriarch.

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest the Devil has unfinished business with Marlena Evans. Long-time viewers remember the infamous demonic possession that took place in 1994. Then, Stefano DiMera (late Joseph Mascolo) tormented the blonde counselor. The drugs he gave her to make her his Queen of the Night made her mind, body, and soul open for the evil incarnate.
Days recaps show Marlena’s odd behavior, glowing eyes, and levitation were straight out of The Exorcist. The only thing that could save Marlena’s soul from eternal damnation was an exorcism. Her husband, John Black, dusted off his former priest skills to rescue his precious Doc from the demon’s grip. The rest is daytime TV history as Days of Our Lives longtime watchers know.
