‘Days of Our Lives’ Comings and Goings August 19-23: Chloe Out and Patch In
Days of Our Lives comings and goings promise Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) heads out of Salem soon. Plus, Patch, AKA Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), is on the scene soon. Also, mad man Dr Rolf (William Utay) is back — and Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) packs to go. Check out who’s exiting and returning to the NBC sudser this week. Many of these tie into the pinnacle of the Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) unmasked storyline, so the next episodes are absolutely action-packed.
Days of Our Lives Comings and Goings: Dr Rolf Returns – But Why?
DOOL comings and goings info says that Dr Rolf’s return is tied to Kristen DiMera’s reveal. Soon, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) tears off her Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) mask, and lots of questions emerge. This all goes down at John and Marlena Evans’ (Diedre Hall) anniversary party. Then, the cops cuff Kristen.
Later, to save her skin, Kristen reveals that both Holly and Rolf are alive. So, that sends Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) to find the doctor for help. Jack wants his memories back and the creepy doctor is the only way, predict Days of Our Lives spoilers. But will Rolf help or hinder them?
DOOL Spoilers: Chloe Lane Exits and So Does Tripp Dalton
Days of Our Lives comings and goings indicate it’s time for Chloe Lane to saunter out of Salem. She’s got no love interest or hot plots. But she gets an intriguing job offer out of town. This week, Chloe Lane tells Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about the opportunity. So, she’s gone in the next two weeks. But Brady’s got another woman on his mind.
Also slinking out of town is Tripp Dalton who feels sleazy for crushing on Haley Chen (Thia Megia). Tripp recently confessed to Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) that he’s gone overboard for the pretty immigrant. Then he leaves to avoid conflict, promise Days of Our Lives spoilers. No doubt, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) is happy to see him leave.
Other Days of Our Lives Comings and Goings: New Vivian Alamain as Robin Strasser Debuts?
All the DOOL casting hints point to Robin Strasser’s character as a recast Vivian Alamain. We’ll find out soon because she hits town shortly. Perhaps she’ll protect her precious son from his terrible big sister. Also sticking around is Melinda Trask (Laura Kai Chen) with more scenes as the new DA. Plus, the big “Chabby” return kicks off this Fall.
Other upcoming (and exciting) returns to Days of Our Lives include Stephen Nichols as Steve Johnson. Unfortunately, Steve Johnson doesn’t hit town in time to reconcile with his son Tripp who hits the road this week. And it’s nearly time for more of nutty Jordan Ridgeway as Chrishell Stause is back soon. She’ll reveal baby David’s daddy, at last.
Plus, once Kristen’s unmasked, where does that leave Arianne Zucker as Nicole Walker? Reportedly, Zucker’s on contract and the search for Nicole Walker launches soon. So, stay tuned to the NBC sudser to see Chloe Lane go and Steve Johnson return.
