Craig Proposes to Leo on ‘Days of our Lives’ After Break-Up Scheme Fails

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Craig Wesley Vows to Marry Leo Stark
DOOL updates report Craig Wesley asks for Leo Stark’s hand in marriage after catching him in bed with another man. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) agreed to fake affection for the known hustler in an elaborate scheme.
He drunkenly arrives at the hotel room Leo shares with Craig, begging for a night with his crush. The doctor’s family wants to prove his sweetheart is a no-good con who will bed any man with a pulse.
At first, Leo is hesitant on Days of our Lives. After all, this is the happiest he’s been in his life. But, Chad insists Craig doesn’t need to know a thing about the affair.
Tempted by those big blue eyes, Leo takes a chance and agrees to get it on with Chad. Meanwhile, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) tells Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) their nemesis fell for the act. The scheme to get Leo out of Craig’s life is underway.
Spoilers reveal Chloe tells her dad Craig Wesley that he really should be home celebrating his new job with his man. The doctor agrees. The plan works. The new Chief of Staff sees his lover in the bed with another.
But the doc is clever. DOOL reports hint he figures out the intoxicated man is part of an elaborate ruse. Craig Wesley forgives Leo. Further, to prove to Chloe and her friends that he is committed to his boyfriend, Craig Wesley pops the question to Leo Stark.
He is beyond excited. A happily ever after with a man of his dreams is all the little swindler wants. However, now his fiance needs to face his soon-to-be ex-wife Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) and their daughter.
Craig’s Ethics Questioned by his Wife on DOOL This Week
Of course, engagement news comes as a shock to Craig’s wife Nancy on Days of our Lives. She barely just learned about his sexuality and that he is in love with Leo Stark. It’s going to hit her hard. They aren’t even divorced yet.
But, she decides to fight him where she may be able to get him to see the light – at work. DOOL’s Twitter recaps show Craig Wesley took Kayla Brady’s (Mary Beth Evans) position as Chief of Staff when she was fired.
She was deadset against being bullied by the hospital administrator, Seth Burns (Bruce Beatty). The pressure is tremendous to force Dr. Marlena Evans’s (Deidre Hall) resignation. or terminate her.

But, since Dr. Brady showed more loyalty to her friend than University Hospital, Seth Burns gives Kayla her walking papers. Of course, getting the Chief of Staff position at the hospital wasn’t what Craig initially wanted.
But, Leo Stark pushed him into going for the gold. On Days of our Lives, Dr. Wesley met with Mr. Burns to talk about a job. But, his boyfriend kept interjecting with all kinds of praise for the medical practitioner’s work.
Seth offers him Kayla’s spot, starting immediately. This week on NBC’s only soap, Nancy gets wind about her friend Marlena’s predicament. However, Nancy Wesley remains highly connected in Salem.
She may pull some strings with the board to save Marlena’s job, going above her husband’s head. Nancy won’t let her spouse ruin someone else’s life.
Plus, she’s certain Craig’s new boy toy put him up to the task in the first place. It’s about to get ugly at the hospital. And in Craig’s personal life as well.
Days of our Lives: How Long with Love Last for Silver Fox and Little Leo?
Many viewers wonder how long Craig Wesely stays with Leo Stark. First, this is the doctor’s first serious gay relationship. Not to mention, his split from Nancy isn’t final yet. Further, Craig did catch Leo in bed with Chad DiMera on DOOL.
Even though Chad was the patsy in a scheme, Leo still agreed to make his drunken fantasy come true. The clinician can’t see that his lover is not the one for him.
But, if Nancy meddles at the hospital and gets her husband reprimanded or even fired, maybe Leo won’t’ want the doctor anymore. After all, he is a bit of a gold digger.
Yet, the hustler claims he loves the handsome physician. Will they stick together through thick and thin? Not if Nancy or Chloe have anything to do with it.
