‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Thomas Custody Battle with Mom Riding Shotgun?
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) might decide mama knows best and make a move to regain full custody of his son. Now, Liam Spencer‘s (Scott Clifton) playing primary dad to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). But Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) doesn’t think it should be that way.
Bold and the Beautiful: Mom Has Thomas Forrester Rethinking Custody
One of the first things Taylor Hayes had to say upon her return was that Thomas Forrester should be the one raising his son Douglas. Not a Logan — and not a Spencer. Because the boy’s a Forrester. Truer words were never spoken. However, Douglas needs a mother figure in his life.
B&B viewers saw Thomas taking a backseat at times as Liam’s playing daddy. And when Thomas Forrester was struggling, that made sense. But after the other guy’s arrested for alleged vehicular homicide, Thomas stepped up and his mother doesn’t see any reason he shouldn’t take control of his son.

While it is true on Bold and the Beautiful that Douglas has two parents present at Hope’s house, that’s no reason for another man to be raising Thomas’ son. And that’s the point Taylor made. She doesn’t want a Logan raising her grandson. And she could push on Thomas Forrester more about this.
Taylor Hayes & Seffy Forrester on Same Page About Logans on B&B
Last week on B&B, Taylor sat down with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to talk about their issues with the other women in their lives. They found many similarities as they battled love rivalries with Hope and her mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Steffy said that a giggle could pull a man right over to one of the Logan women on Bold and the Beautiful. Both have seen their men snatched away by these ladies. And while Steffy’s in a good place right now, Taylor’s still wounded. She’s alone and Brooke’s with Taylor’s soulmate, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

So, with Brooke taking other things from Taylor, she certainly doesn’t like her grandson living on the Logan estate. And the shrink doesn’t think the other woman should have any say over Thomas Forrester or his son. But Brooke certainly sees Douglas as Hope’s child — rather than that of Thomas. That’s a problem.
Will Thomas Push Back on Bold and the Beautiful?
Right now, Thomas Forrester’s still putting his life back together. Earlier this year, he was head-injured, deluded, and crushing on a doll that looked like a certain someone. Now, he’s fine but still needs a place of his own to call home since he gave his apartment to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).
Thankfully, he seems to have dropped his crush on her. But will Thomas also make other changes in his life? Like staking his rightful claim on his son? Of course, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers know Hope loves his son and cutting her out of Douglas’ life would be a bad idea.
Taking his place as his son’s full-time father would probably be a good thing for Thomas and his boy. Will Taylor push her only son to step up and file a custody claim? Or will Thomas Forrester tell his co-parent Hope that things will change and he’s the #1 dad in his son’s life? Soap Dirt will keep you up to speed on B&B.
