Bold and the Beautiful: Taylor Thrown a Life Line After Mass Confusion
Bold and the Beautiful tucked Taylor Hayes away a while back but then pulled her out of storage for a quick hug and pep talk with her daughter on the CBS soap. After hearing about her daughter’s dilemma, she flew in from a conference that seemed to keep her away for weeks.
This world-renowned doctor shared some words of wisdom with Steffy Forrester when she popped up in the middle of August. Then, without any warning, she disappeared again. So what’s going on with Taylor as many viewers fear she’s on her way out of B&B?
Bold and the Beautiful: Taylor Hayes the Elephant in the Room
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) became a fan favorite not long after she joined B&B as a replacement for Hunter Tylo in this doctor’s role. Fans comment on the spark Krista brings to her role as both a psychiatrist and as the mom of the Forrester children.
This woman is also hopelessly in love with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Filling her predecessor’s shoes wasn’t easy. But for many viewers, Krista quickly became a popular face on Bold and the Beautiful.
Then after her debut, B&B scripted her into several storylines, which made her even more of a hit with fans. It wasn’t easy at first, Krista didn’t look old enough to be the mom of her adult children. Many commented at the time that she looked more like a sibling of the Forrester kids rather than their mom. But Krista Allen made it work.
So, after her short-lived return in that mid-August episode, she went missing again, Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) problems just kept getting worse. Her daughter’s life is now possibly in danger with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) running free. But no one mentions a thing about Taylor or her whereabouts after her brief visit. Until now…
B&B Spoilers: Taylor Finally Pops Up
A piece to the Taylor puzzle dropped on Thursday’s Bold and the Beautiful episode. While she’s not on the screen and mentioned in name only, at least viewers learn where she will be going forward on the soap.
Some Taylor fans let out a collective sigh of relief. Others seemed peeved after seeing this as a long hiatus for Taylor now that she’s with Steffy. But many worried that this character would soon show up on the B&B Comings and Goings list. So, at least this scenario is better than her departure for good.
So, Bold and the Beautiful fans learned this week that Taylor Hayes is alive and well. She plans on meeting her daughter as she flees the country to Europe.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Famous Doc Source of Mystery and Confusion
Taylor Hayes has been a source of mystery and confusion since Krista stepped into the role. That goes for both on and off the screen. Krista is very active on social media. While she doesn’t drop spoilers she often drops hints. Back in July, she dropped a hilarious video that seemed to suggest to fans Taylor may turn bad on the soap.
But she’s had very little screen time since then for anything to materialize. When Steffy Forrester gave birth to a son she named him after her mother. Using Taylor’s last name, Steffy was proud to name her son Hayes.
But veteran Bold and the Beautiful viewers had a real problem with this. As far as they were concerned that baby is now taxed with the name of Taylor’s first husband, who was a less than stellar character.

So, for that reason, it looks like Hayes skirted the name Hamilton, Taylor’s maiden name. She married Blake Hayes who raised havoc in her life. He was a “troubled” soul, but this is the root of the name Steffy bestowed upon her son. Still, this is B&B, so it’s not the first time things get twisted to fit the script of this CBS soap.
