Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Waltzes Around Huge Elephant in the Room

Bold and the Beautiful puts Steffy Forrester in a tough place these days with the perfect husband suddenly not looking so flawless on the CBS soap. Then her ex, the man she loved for years, now hovers over her. He’s hoping to pick up her pieces as her marriage crumbles.

But, her first order of business is to look for a safe harbor for her and her kids. So, she moves into her grandfather’s estate. Still, something vital in this storyline is missing. And for some reason, B&B has not scripted an explanation for this debacle as yet.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Forrester has Nowhere to Turn

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) treads murky and dangerous water these days. Her crazed mother-in-law is a killer who terrorized her family for years. But now she’s walking free.

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) has only been out of prison for a short time on Bold and the Beautiful. But she already infiltrated Steffy’s family by saving her daughter from drowning.

Now her husband Finn sees Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) as someone deserving of a second chance. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) seems to forget his birth mother’s cold-blooded act of shooting him, along with Steffy, then leaving them both for dead.

It almost appeared as if Bold and the Beautiful was about to change Sheila. For a few scenes, it looked like they started to work on her like they previously did with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). They finally succeeded in making him into that changed man.

This week the soap had Sheila gazing into Finn’s eyes. She also demonstrated a gentle approach to Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay).  So, it looked like B&B was about to soften up the nine-toed woman. But then something happened.

B&B Spoilers: Steffy’s Instinct Spot-On?

Bold and the Beautiful drops a lot of hints in its 30-minute time slot. Some you see and others you hear. Just as it looked like Finn might be on to something with his mother possibly changing, the horn blew.

Well, not an actual horn, but the soap plays sinister-sounding background music for the scene. This tune seems to vaguely resemble a fog horn, which is a signal of warning for ships caught in a fog. Along with that creepy background music, Sheila cracks a grin, one that looks like she’s up to no good.

This music flared up after she laid out her plans to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) this week. So, it appears danger lurks for those around her. But, it also looks like Finn’s hero-worshiping of his mother won’t change Steffy’s mind, much like it has for her husband.

But while Bold and Beautiful spins all this intrigue, fans have a problem with a huge missing piece for Steffy. So, today the soap rolls along with a huge elephant in the room. It’s even trending on social media… #WhereIsTaylor.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Mind Erasing Attempt Not Working Well

Steffy Forrester’s mother is missing from all the scenes. But they never mention her absence or her name on the soap. A long and overdue quick blurb regarding her whereabouts would at least clear up some of this confusion for fans.

It seems the consensus online among the viewers is best sized up in the tweet below. This B&B fan wants the soap to address the missing Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). They ask Bold and the Beautiful to “make it make sense” for those watching.

If Steffy Forrester ever needed her mother, she does today. Taylor is not only Steffy’s mom but a world-renowned psychiatrist. With what’s going on today with Sheila Carter, Taylor’s expertise could come in handy.

Many fans are perplexed over Bold and the Beautiful rolling out episodes without any word about this. The soap goes along like they used some kind of mind-erasing technique on the masses.

B&B Spoilers: Steffy Needs Her Mom – So Do the Fans

This week, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) vowed to keep Steffy and the kids safe. Sadly for Taylor, she had a special friendship with Brooke a while back.

So the sting of that relationship demise along with losing Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to Brooke piled up for her. This was the baggage she had in tow the last time we saw her.

But Brooke declaring herself Steffy’s protector only highlighted the missing Taylor even more for the fans. It should be Taylor saying this, not Brooke.

Fans offer a long list of all the positive things Krista Allen’s character brings to B&B for many of the viewers. She’s saved many dull scenes for the Taylor Hayes enthusiasts out there.

Krista was nominated for an Emmy in her first year on the soap. So, fans want her to waltz in and dazzle them. But she also needs to stick around this time.

Still, with Steffy Forrester’s marriage falling apart, and danger looming around every corner from a nut job, she needs her mom. Taylor wasn’t at the court, in fact, she hasn’t been seen since the big storyline when everyone returned from Rome. So, where is Taylor Hayes, and why all the mystery over her whereabouts on the CBS soap today?
