Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thomas Forrester Has Good Reasons
While it seems like Thomas Forrester is just being an obsessive horn dog, B&B spoilers say there’s more to it. Like with so many people with “issues” it all goes back to childhood problems. That’s true for Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) oldest son, too. In a chat with SOD, the soap actor explained his alter-ego’s motivation.
Above all, Thomas Forrester thinks he’s doing the right thing. Not just for his son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) but also for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope. Thomas thinks his plan is what’s best for all involved. And at a glance, it does look like a happy ending all around, remind Bold and the Beautiful spoilers.

B&B Spoilers: Can Thomas Be Redeemed? He’s Not Done Yet
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas has something deeply wrong with him, but what? Matthew Atkinson mentioned Thomas’ fractured family was a big issue. He explains that Thomas Forrester didn’t want Douglas growing up as he did. Ridge was always pivoting between their mom Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
So, he’s got abandonment issues. Crazy as it was, that’s why he clung to Hope. He just wanted Douglas to have a mom and dad. And he knew Hope would be a great mother for Douglas, say Bold and the Beautiful spoilers. His plan also meant Kelly & Phoebe had a mom and dad full time too. But, it wasn’t up to him. His instability drove him to extremes, clearly.
Bold and the Beautiful: Thomas Mental Problems Equal Redemption?
B&B spoilers from the actor admit Thomas Forrester`s on a “dark path”. But he also says his character’s redeemable. Many fans would disagree, for certain. It comes down to his mental state. Matthew Atkinson also said the guy never sought treatment for his psychological issues. But, that conflicts a bit with the history of the soap.
Years ago, to avoid jail, officials ordered Thomas to therapy. He lit Rick Forrester’s (Jacob Young) house on fire and blew up his car over a woman and promotion at work. But maybe they will explain he skipped out on his sessions, hint Bold and the Beautiful spoilers. Another nagging question is why Taylor never saw the signs and got her son some help. Both his parents saw the crazy in him before.
B&B Spoilers: Ridge Still Blind to Thomas’ Problems
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for later next week say Ridge argues with Brooke about his oldest son. She wants him reported to the cops, along with the other baby liars. But Ridge remains in denial. However, his blindness can’t last too long. Because Thomas Forrester is back soon and sinks to a new and desperate low.
Soon, Thomas comes out of hiding and tries one more time to win Hope Logan, say B&B spoilers. Fans feared for some time that he would drug her, so that might come soon. He’s certain he’s doing the “right thing” ultimately. So, that’s how he rationalizes his sketchy behavior. But what he does next is truly shocking.
Of course, he fails. Then he’s caught. Maybe then, someone will finally see the guy’s got deep-seated psychological problems. The actor seems to think Thomas Forrester still has a chance at a future. Keep watching B&B on CBS daytime to see how it turns out.
