Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Carter Walton Can’t Deny Shauna Fulton
Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) skated away clean from her fling with Carter Walton – so far. It seems collateral damage from this affair hit Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) pretty hard. But the Forester COO takes a real hit with his reputation after Shauna Fulton diverted a tragedy for her gal-pal Quinn.
This good guy suddenly looks like a player after Shauna covers for Quinn and falsely admits to a hookup with Carter. But now one lie leads to another and things get messy, really messy on Bold and the Beautiful next week. All you need to hear is that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) sticks her nose in and you can imagine what comes next.
So, Carter demonstrated a high-speed meltdown on Friday’s show. It only took a few seconds. But the finale of that emotional explosion came with an embrace, kiss, and words of love between him and Zoe. Then a rebooted engagement emerged.
Almost Made Himself Sick
It all started earlier this week when Zoe saw the same leather jacket at FC that she spotted on Carter Walton’s bedroom floor. So she knew that the woman in her ex’s bedroom was now standing alongside her.
But, Bold and the Beautiful options seemed narrowed down. That’s because Quinn and Shauna were the only two women there. So, now that it’s out that the handsome lawyer slept with a new female partner, Shauna was the lesser of two evils where consequences are concerned.
To save her friend’s marriage, Shauna Fulton jumped in. She told the betrayed ex that the jacket is hers and yes, it was her in her ex’s bedroom. But a speechless and mortified Carter Walton could only look on. But the duo who participated in an afternoon of lust indicated to Zoe that they had meaningless sex.
Now without any say in this, Carter needed to weather the consequences on his own or so he thought. That was until he realized the best part of him comes out when he’s with Zoe. So, he reeled her back in. But did he do this because he loves her? Or does it gave him the security of a quick fix? Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest it’s a little bit of both.
Bold and the Beautiful: Quick Thinking Smoothes Things Out – Almost…
Carter is not the only one shocked and worried about Shauna suddenly sliding into his bed. As soon as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) hear of this, they start their own home-spun debate. Then they take their concerns to the Bold and the Beautiful man of the hour.
While Ridge is stunned by this new development, he isn’t as direct about his disdain for what his buddy did as his wife is. While Ridge’s best friend would love nothing better than to stop this latest news about him, he can’t. It would mean he’d jeopardize Quinn and her marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook).
So, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest the sly looks and gossip around FC hits full bloom. But when this week’s bed-hopper puts the ring back on the finger of Forrester Creations’ top model, he’s just in time to arrest this talk from going any further.
While Ridge confronts his best friend about his confusion, Brooke steps it up a level. She wants to know how Carter Walton could fall for Shauna Fulton.
But as these two start their spiel, Carter cuts them off with his trump card. He knows that he turned down the wrong path but he finds a fix for that. B&B spoilers indicate that he stops them by announcing his rebooted engagement.
Brooke Logan Smells Something Fishy
It appears this incident made the Bold and the Beautiful handsome lawyer see where he went wrong. He’s a lucky man that the woman he betrayed is so willing to take him back. But this isn’t the end of things by far.
What those close to him can’t understand is how he could suddenly jump into bed with Quinn. Once the dust settles for Zoe, she too ponders how this happened.
Although it looks like Brooke Logan is the one to watch out for. She immediately smells something fishy about a Carter-Shauna hookup, suggests Bold and the Beautiful spoilers.
Zoe previously told Brooke that Quinn went over to Carter Walton’s place in an attempt to change his mind about Zoe. While Brooke is thrilled that Zoe finally realized her wish with her man back in her life, she won’t let this go.
Brooke also knows how Shauna Fulton and Quinn will do just about anything for each other. So, Brooke Logan eyes that jacket as evidence as she undertakes an investigation all on her own.
She believes it was Quinn Fuller hiding out in Carter’s bedroom that night and not Zoe. And… she intends to prove this, first by finding the rightful owner of that jacket. Her end goal is to free Eric Forrester of Quinn once and for all. But to do that she needs to prove Carter Walton was sleeping with Quinn Fuller and not Shauna Fulton on the CBS soap.
